My dog walks very well with this harness! Easy to put on - he wears it ALOT and seems comfortable with it on. Not as bulky as other harnesses but I still feel that is gives you the security you need! Good customer service, you actually talk to real person!

The XS fits my Westie perfectly. Still a little pulling but that’s to be expected in a terrier breed when there’s prey around. Great quality and really nice after care from the company.

This company's return policy is ridiculous, or I should state, it doesn't exist! I got the harness weeks after ordering...that's the first thing. Then got it and tried it on our dog, turns out it is way too big..second thing, ordered by his weight...way off on sizing...third and kicker, is since the harness was adjusted, it is now considered "USED", so NOT RETURNABLE...what company has such a policy. The harness was out of the bag and back into the bag to return in less than 15 minutes. How is that USES. Oh they will offer you 20% off a smaller size, so they get even more money from you! No thanks! This harness will be donated to a shelter....this company has a BAD BUSINESS POLICY!

This is not a gimmick
This is not a gimmick. This harness in combo with the bungee leash and front D ring really changed the walking experience. We have two Pyrenees and needless to say they are not apt to train as easily as our collies always did. They are big dogs and can be hard to control. The harness allows for full control when we need it and the front D did teach them how to walk properly.
No issues with the company. They followed up and sought out feed back which we are happy to say is positive.

Really nice material, and i love the range of adjustment as my puppy grows. Totally would recommend since it doesnt choke the pup when they pull.

Don’t plan on receiving what you order…
I fell for one of their FB ads and ordered a harness with free leash for our 5-month old, 70lb puppy. While on their site I added a few other items to my cart - name tag, blanket, etc. the only thing I ever received from PawlyLab/betterdoglife were SEVERAL emails apologizing for the delay in my order and empty promises about getting it out as quickly as possible. After 3+months of waiting, I asked them to cancel my order and refund my money; they said they would cancel it and refund my money. Hopefully they’ll manage to accomplish that in under 3 months.

I was using traditional collars and my 10 month old dog is so hyper it rubbed his neck raw .with this new harness style collar he seems to enjoy it and loves taking walks . I loved that i was able to keep tabs on…
I loved that i was able to keep tabs on the order with the shop app and when there were delays or difficulties they let me know so I wouldn't be worried.
My only tip that I would recommend is a link to a tutorial for those who may not know how to attach the front D clip. Other than that it was great.

I purchased the harness for my 4 month…
I purchased the harness for my 4 month old fox red lab. She is a strong puller and I wanted a way to control her without hurting her neck. The harness works well when she's clipped on her back. I haven't tried the front clip yet, but will graduate to that as she gets older. My dog's name patch was not included in the package and I found customer service to be really attentive and responsive. And they will be following up with her patch soon. Great experience!

The products are true and valid. They are the best kind I ever had. Recovering from a heart transplant is no small thing! Thankful for the harnesses for my two dogs,- female Borador and male Aussiedoodle, they are fabulous and no more pulling from the dogs at all. This company has changed our lives! My Dalmatian is such a puller - would pull me down the stairs, anywhere. At a loss, I tried this harness and leash because what did I have to lose? It comes in, bright, colourful and with beautiful name patches! The extra D ring and leash are so nice, the leash handle is soft and spongy in my hand - no more marks from it digging in! My dog walked right into the harness first try, and has done it ever since! She no longer pulls, and even my 8 year old son can walk her on the leash by himself! We are so thankful for this product and this company. Unreliable product
I ordered 2 harnesses. One in size large and the other in small for my two dogs. This harness is easy to put on. That is the only good thing I can say. The D-ring for the harness front, the one supposed to keep your dog from pulling, is attached with VELCRO. Unbelievable. I put the harness on my strong 75 pound dog and immediately distrusted that front D-ring so I attached one leash there, and put a second leash on the back sewn in D-ring. A few minutes into the walk my dog pulled for the first time and the front D-ring Velcro ripped right off and the leash fell off. I was on a busy street so it’s a good thing I had the 2nd leash attached to the back D-ring. There is no packing slip or return address on the package. So much for trying to return them. Also the dog names, phone numbers, and Apple air tag pouches all attach with Velcro as well. If my dog went missing who knows if they would still be attached when someone found him. Awful product.
