Very disappointed in this company. Did a lot of research before ordering and thought this would be the perfect harness. After waiting several weeks for delivery the package finally arrived. After attempting to put it on I found it way too confusing and not a good fit at all. since I had researched their return policies I wasn’t concerned. But after calling the company for directions as we had discarded the original package, I was informed I was within the 7 day trial period and they couldn’t take it back because it had been tried on. They were happy to give me a 20%discount on yet another harness, at which time I told them those were not the terms on their site. Long story short I would NOT recommend this company. Not because of the product but because they don’t stand behind their own terms. I will be donating a very nice brand new harness to my local shelter and learn a lesson.

It is a great fit for my rescue dog! I also love that there is an option to put his name on the harness. It’s easy to put on and take off, too.

Do not listen to the 1 ★ reviews! I have had an amazing experience and I just purchased my bundle yesterday! I have received timely and comprehensive communication from their team. They have been lovely to work with. Given that they are a small, woman owned company, I am more than happy to support!! I got my harness and mystery gift for free, and only paid 50 for a no pull leash, custom name tag, and direct shipping !!! Thank you!!

Very happy with the harness for both my dogs! I have noticed a huge difference with Tucker while walking him it’s great! While dodgers is a bit too big I can still see a difference while walking him as well! Great customer service, sending personal emails to see how you’re enjoying the product!

I will start by saying I am blown away by how responsive the customer care department of this company is! I sent them an email message, and had a response literally within minutes. The team is so very courteous and caring!

As for the PawlyLab dog harness, it is far and away the best harness I have gotten for my beagle. It is very light and comfortable for him to wear, is easy on and off, and has the best adjustment for a secure fit that I've seen. The front clip redirects without causing the whole harness to slide to one side, or pinching my dog's leg; the whole construction makes walking so much easier even while using the back clip. Great job, guys! I highly recommend this product, and this company!

My Corgi Rogan is a puller. Nothing has ever helped before and all harnesses fit him kind of funny because corgis are just built funny. He is a large Corgi I will say that he weighs 45 lb. I got him a large harness and it fits him just fine. He doesn't pull as much, but squirrel. Emily at Pawly has been very helpful with my order. I incorrectly entered the address I wanted it sent to and it ended up getting sent to the right place. They're follow-up in customer service is exceptional. I will definitely be purchasing another harness from these guys cuz they do get dirty.

From there website with marketing forced on you. The customer service is fake Grace Emily Emma which is fraud. There reviews are driven by AI. They cant even explain there shipping or refund policies. There communication is not upfront. They cover up there repeated mistakes with sorries. Emily force and tactics and website scams and raping people of there money will bite her hard. Its called karma "Emily". I feel sorry for your dogs and kids and all the customers you are raping.

My dogs harness arrived Sunday, it was worth the wait. It took a bit longer to get here than I anticipated, but Emily was great about keeping me updated! The customer service is exceptional! The harness is light weight, very easy and quick to put on, and No More Pulling! Hallelujah! My arms thank you, my dog thanks you. Every walk will be a pleasure now! I recommend this harness to everyone with a dog, especially if you have a powerful, strong willed pup as I do. ❤️

Tried many many many harness and my dog wouldn't have them. Couldn't bear any so I made one last try and finally, walks are happier moments for both of us and we're (me lol) even looking for sone canicross equipment because that's how great it's going!

The ad promoted a free product. The cart showed the item was free, shipping was free. Then I was charged once the order went through. Now I have been going back and forth trying to get a refund and three times they have asked if I would just pay 50%. Not ok. I should have known better but how do these companies get away with these deceptive ad practices?

I like that they are communicative and reply in a timely manner. It makes it an easy transaction. Also my dog likes the harness more than his Reddy 1. My wife likes it because it's low profile yet functional. The only suggestion I have for improvement was the chest ring velcro because that does not stay in place when my dog pulls super hard when he sees a squirrel.

I ran across Pawley Lab Co. about a month ago on Facebook. There had been some talk about dogs that pull strongly on walks due to a natural response from feeling pressure from the back of the neck type harnesses( which I had). By swithing to a front chest "D" ring collar and leash attachment , claims were made that the dogs do not try and pull away.
So I ordered the collar, but due to a mixup in the on-line ordering, I ended up paying twice what I had wanted to. I immediately wrote to the company and got a response right away saying that they would correct the issue. Very pleased with how they quickly solved the problem.
I got the very adjustable and simple design collar from Pawley Lab and sure enough, the very first time out , our mini golden doodle, was a differnt dog. I was blown away.
I highly recommend this company if you have a dog that wants to walk you instead of the other way around; and the price is not bad either!

The dog pawly dog harness is great. I have a 13 lb cavapoo and it fits easy over her head and is light weight. She doesn't pull much but when she does using the front hook stops that immediately.

This is the third type of harness I have tried for my labrador retrievers. The gentle leader worked, but the dogs were constantly trying to paw it off their face.
I couldn’t figure out how to attach the front D ring when I got my first harness, and customer service got back to me quickly and explained it doesn’t Velcro on, but the harness strap threads through the ring. So it actually attaches firmly and is very sturdy. I love how easy these are to size, and they go on and off very easily with just one buckle snap. I wish I could show a picture here which I sent to the company of me finally being able to walk all three of my Labradors together at the same time! Thank you Emily!

The order process. I got the harness at a great deal. I bought 1 harness and just bought a 2nd 1 and waiting for it to arrive. Easy to put on my dog. The communication from the owner is wonderful. I like the velcro tags which are great for my dogs name and phone number. A few more colors would be good, like green, yellow, orange, and purple. Overall, I'm happy with the product. It does lessen my dogs pulling.

I purchased this item through the Shop app. After weeks of delays, it finally arrived, but the harness was of extremely poor quality and far too large for my dog.

I immediately contacted the company to request return instructions, as the website provides little to no clear information about returns. Instead of receiving assistance, I was met with a series of AI-generated customer service emails that seemed designed to avoid processing a return or refund request.

As a result, I am now out of pocket for an item that is unsuitable for my dog, with no clear way to obtain a refund or return the product.

Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. Between the lengthy shipping delays, poor product quality, and frustrating customer service process, I would strongly recommend avoiding this company.

The harness has been a game-changer. Chloe walks so much better now and doesn't freak out at all when it goes over her head.

The fit is perfect and walks are so much calmer.

We love it so much that I actually just purchased a second one!

Firstly, my dog harness and leash is fantastic! My five year old pit bull holds steady now without the pulling in different directions! The fit was perfect. It is a wonderful colour and very stylish. The team is professional and courteous regarding any questions or issues that may arise.

We recently moved to a home with a busier road. To keep our senior dog active, we needed to retrain her on a leash to take her for safer walks. Since getting the harness from PawlyLab Co. we have been able to quickly retrain our dog on a leash while keeping her comfortable. The harness is a great tool to use as it helps with control and close when needed. We absolutely love our harness from PawlyLab Co.

I've actually been impressed with how well their dog harness has worked out. I've used a few different brands in the past, and paid twice as much, but for some reason, this one really works to curb my dog's incessant pulling. Walks have been sooooo much easier since then.

I really appreciate the ease of putting the harness on too. Other companies' harnesses were really complicated and felt overwhelming to put on my dog, but the PawlyLab harness was pretty straightforward, a snap-and-go.
