A superior dog harness that actually stops pulling
I've actually been impressed with how well their dog harness has worked out. I've used a few different brands in the past, and paid twice as much, but for some reason, this one really works to curb my dog's incessant pulling. Walks have been sooooo much easier since then.
I really appreciate the ease of putting the harness on too. Other companies' harnesses were really complicated and felt overwhelming to put on my dog, but the PawlyLab harness was pretty straightforward, a snap-and-go.

Customer service and products
Customer service was rapidly responsive to my request regarding delivery, and ensured that 4 harnesses and leashes were delivered earlier than anticipated. Four dogs (german shepherd, shepherd/husky, dachshund, and shiztu), willingly and easily accepted harnesses. Tested walking with top and front D-rings and there was no pulling by any of the dogs. I hoped the products would be as advertised. I confirm they do. This is a company I would use again and recommend highly.

It can be tough to find gear that fits a smaller Shih Tzu and Dachshund comfortably while still providing the strength needed for a German Shepherd and Husky mix, so knowing that the no-pull front D-ring worked perfectly across the board completely makes our day.

Back in May, I ordered a no-pull harness for our German Shepherd Puppy. He was just learning how to “go on walks” with our other dog, a 9 year old Husky-Shepherd mix. I wanted to break him of the urge to pull early, before it developed, and PawlyLab was one of the adds that showed up on Facebook so I gave them a try.
The harness, while a different style than the one for my other dog, fits well and is light and comfortable, but still sturdy, and had Velcro sown on for the name tags that came with it.
Emily, with PawlyLabs, kept me updated with my order status. After arrival, I did have a few questions, and Emily responded within minutes. Actual responses to my questions, not just a form-letter.
When my puppy outgrows this harness, I will be going back to PawlyLabs for his next one, or any other pet supplies I need.

Honestly best thing I could ever buy I know who smaller breeds finding harness that would either slide down or be to heavy on them. Was hard to find since I make sure my dogs safety and comfort is first thing always. But I’ve been walking them again and it feels so nice to walk and them no bull and knowing. My two fur babies are enjoying the walks and look forward too them.

This harness works exactly as advertised and works great. Walking my golden retriever used to be a bit of a workout with all the pulling, but this completely took the stress out of our daily walks. The customer service is fantastic. I accidentally ordered the wrong size harness, and they sent me a size up without hesitation. They truly do what they advertise. Since I am in Canada, shipping isn't exactly cheap, but they took care of it anyway. I will definitely buy from this company again, though the original harness is so well-made that I don't think I will need to replace it anytime soon.

slow start
I had some initial trouble knowing how to put on the harness, but when I messaged them they sent two videos which perfectly described how to do it! The harness almost seems like it calms my dog down when he's wearing it. And they even followed up with an email a few weeks out to see how things were going. Great customer service!

First walk, big difference!
I was a little hesitant because I have tried so many different harnesses. But before I ordered I emailed them and told them my concerns about my injuries and if this would actually work. They were very helpful and encouraging. The very first moment I put this harness on my puppy we both took a sigh of relief. We enjoy our walks more now. Neither one of us are in pain. I am going to tell everybody I know that has a dog with pulling issues to get this particular harness. It really works! And I don't say that lightly.

I never got my harness
I never got my harness. After a month of multiple emails asking where it was, they did a review and claimed it was delivered. They asked for more money to deliver another one. Extremely frustrating!!!

Great product
I was skeptical as it seemed too good to be true, with the promo price but I love it! My dog doesn't pull nearly as much on walks and the harness fits well, which is a huge plus since he chews threw the harness if it is loose. We also got the leash and I'm equally as happy with that!

Comfortable and much happier on her walks
Saw the free harness promo and opted to pay extra for the D ring and name tags. Including shipping it ended up being around $15. It came within two weeks. Easiest harness I’ve ever put on a dog. And fast customer service.
I can tell that this harness is so much more comfortable on her because she gets excited about going on her walks now when I pull it out.

Scam Artists selling cheap Chinese products that they probably bought on Temu
I ordered from this company, and when the harnesses arrived, they were stiff, and not soft at all. I asked to return them, and was offered a pre-paid return shipping label. In the next email, the agent pretended to have not read my email, tried to get me to keep the harnesses for 5o% off. When I emailed back that I was not interested in that offer, and to please send the return shipping label, the agent told me I would have to pay the shipping.
This company is a scam.
