This company has changed our lives! My Dalmatian is such a puller - would pull me down the stairs, anywhere. At a loss, I tried this harness and leash because what did I have to lose? It comes in, bright, colourful and with beautiful name patches! The extra D ring and leash are so nice, the leash handle is soft and spongy in my hand - no more marks from it digging in! My dog walked right into the harness first try, and has done it ever since! She no longer pulls, and even my 8 year old son can walk her on the leash by himself! We are so thankful for this product and this company. I got an email asking how the product was working and it was so nice to have a real person answering almost immediately and genuinely caring about the results! Thank you Emma, thank you Pawlylab.co.

I ordered 2 harnesses. One in size large and the other in small for my two dogs. This harness is easy to put on. That is the only good thing I can say. The D-ring for the harness front, the one supposed to keep your dog from pulling, is attached with VELCRO. Unbelievable. I put the harness on my strong 75 pound dog and immediately distrusted that front D-ring so I attached one leash there, and put a second leash on the back sewn in D-ring. A few minutes into the walk my dog pulled for the first time and the front D-ring Velcro ripped right off and the leash fell off. I was on a busy street so it’s a good thing I had the 2nd leash attached to the back D-ring. There is no packing slip or return address on the package. So much for trying to return them. Also the dog names, phone numbers, and Apple air tag pouches all attach with Velcro as well. If my dog went missing who knows if they would still be attached when someone found him. Awful product.

Scam item neva showed up sat in same city for 6 days no movement customer service sucks is a joke GIVE ME MY $$$$BACK DO NOT USE THIS SCAMMING COMPANY

Ordered the "Premium Harness" and got some junk made with velcro that is far too big for an XS dog, although that is what size it claims to be. Nothing about this harness is "Premium".
What is this nonsense I read on another feedback that I'm supposed to use the velcro and attach the front ring for the "No pull" ???? I know velcro is strong, but this dog is stronger.
I sent an email to return/refund as that is required before you can return the product and it conveniently errors out even though I copied the address directly from their page.
I WISH I HAD LISTENED TO MY GUT, THIS PLACE IS A FREAKING RIP OFF THAT SENDS JUNK. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY DO NOT ORDER!!!!!

This harness worked great. I used it for my foster boy who suffered from some pretty awful skin issues and had to have a number of masses removed while in my care. He had big Frankenstein incisions and was almost completely bald on his back. This harness fit him perfectly and didn’t rub, pull, or catch on his skin. It fit with ease over his super cute pajamas that he wore to protect his skin and helped him walk calmly to protect his sensitive body. Oscar loved it, and I passed the brand along to his new dad. This harness will be saved for the next dog we save! I need to get some patches that say “adoptable” to show if my future foster babies!!

The instructions were clear and concise, though that post ordering pop threw me off for a few seconds - could have the post op pain relief meds.
Regardless - Rascal looks forward to showing it off at the dog park and mom.

This is a great harness. Light weight for those heat sensitive dogs. Has a handy handle for close control and quick grabs.
Very adjustable for all chest sizes and easy to put on and take Off

Everything was sent with sincere care and detail, down to the name tag..even received a toy, that was very sweet! Very pleased with the harness and leash. Definitely less pulling!

I made the purchase, took forever and came from China (Red Flag right there) I paid for the Premium, and was sent standard. Have sent email after email, finally responded they will refund me after I send it back on my dime to they, They have horrible customer service. And I also want to know how a free harnees cost me over $100

I was nervous to try it at first because my pupper is a puller But since getting this harness I have swapped out the prong collar and let me take a second to list all of the cons about the prong collar

Cons-
dogs hate it
Get anxious or nervous around it
Contracts negative pressure on their neck damaging their neck for years, (it was happening to my dog)

Dogs won’t understand a prong collar plus your dog needs to breathe think about if you had a prong collar attached to you?

Pros - my dog will lay down in the grass roll around until we go the opposite direction of our house at the end of our walks

She loves it and knows how to put it on and she stays perfectly!

One thing I noticed that was big since she’s happier and less constricted she enjoys seeing dogs and doesn’t get into fights as much cause she doesn’t feel (constricted)

She cal pull me and I can pull her all I want with this harness, it is the BEST get it for your dog now! When u can I know money is tight

The harness and leash arrived very quickly. The harness is probably the easiest I have ever put on a dog. Gracie does not hesitate to get her harness on - unlike previous harnesses. I absolutely love the name badge attaching to both sides. The name is large and very visible. The harness is very roomy but my error in not ordering g the correct size. PawlyLab immediately offered to exchange it even though it was not their error. Would definitely deal with this company again without hesitation.

Having a 5 month old puppy that is learning all the things right now this harness has really helped. Although we haved not compltely overcome the pulling at this time, we have the burst of " have to get there now" followed by the appropriate "checking in" eye contact at the side walking that comes with training a puppy! We will get there. The huge win comes from my eldery parents being able to walk my sweet girl and say that shes not pulling to them.

the harness has an OK design. The materials however are very cheap. Just webbing stitched together, no padding, lining or anything found in other harnesses. I would definitely skip this product and find somehting that will be usable. I won't put this on my dog. I have not tried customer service, I don't think it is worth it.

Beware the premium harness doesn't match the picture. I was shown a harness with additional pieces of "fabric" on it (located near their shoulder) and when I received it, they weren't there. Email customer service (which were fairly quick to reply) to be told no error that's the premium harness.
Premium only adds something to the hardware (no clue what) and stronger material (🤷🏻‍♀️). I'm just sad to have been shown an image that doesn't represent what is received at the end. Disappointed but know I just hope it will hold up to my dog that loves to pull and breaks her harness really quickly if I don't use (the thing that goes over their nose and under their chin (I forgot the name)).

The response given by this company stalling and withholding my refund is inaccurate. After forcing this company’s hand did they make any attempt to refund me as promised and is directly on the website. The documents showing the dispute was “lost” is referring to me from my bank stating I lost the dispute only because I cancelled it. While the funds are available immediately this company will blame the bank of the customer but instead they need to speak to their bank to resolve it. I’ve provided my response via email I will uphold if they continue to withhold my money.

Again save your time and spend a few extra dollars with some other company. This is not a good company, and this is professional compared to my email with direct mentions of litigation for your neglect.

I have written to this company 4 different times. Telling that my harnesses (purchased two of them) did not come with the front D ring. Only had one on the back of of our dogs. Constant pulling. I suggested to send them back, and either repair, replace or give me my money back. Absolutely no communication from this company except a computer generated response.

Passing on to everyone I know this company will rip you off!

Ashley and the whole team did everything so professionally I could tell they absolutely love dogs...even mine! I have an extra harness from Pawly, so all my dog friends try it out. I am proud to say that some have even purchased them.for their pups.
