Late, late,late, no refund for next day delivery charge, no updates, no reply to emails and, yes, two weeks late! Rubbish service all round

I wish I’d read the reviews before placing an order with them. I paid £39(next day delivery included) on 1/5 and I’ve been trying to contact them ever since for an update. I’ve sent about 4 emails, I can’t find a number to call them. This is extremely bad business and if they are bankrupt since March, as someone suggested, they shouldn’t be sending emails with offers and their website should be shut down.

Product sent and received, however beer glass foot broken off. Possible damage in post?
There weren’t any glass shards or broken glass foot in the box, glass was broken before packing. Daughter contacted customer services, absolutely no response.

Ordered two boxes of beers as gifts for family. Next day delivery, didn’t arrive. Emailed four times. Messaged on-site three times. Tweeted three times. DM’d twice. Not a single f@ck given. No response or even acknowledgment. I’ve now put a request in with my bank to claw back the money. Total scam. And, as a result I’ve had to spend even more money to find a replacement gift to hopefully get there in time.
Avoid this company at all costs unless you have money to throw away. Total scammers.

I wouldn't give them 1 star if that was an option. Made an order and 2 weeks later can't get a response through phone , email or customer contact form. Wish I'd checked their reviews before I flushed £30 down the toilet. Shocking that those company can still take your money.

Ordered for next day delivery, this was well over a week ago now. Nothing has been delivered yet. Like many other reviews on here I have tried emailing, filling in the online form, contacting via twitter and calling customer support. But have had no reply yet. Like others on here I should have looked at the reviews before ordering. This was also a birthday present so embarrassingly no present for my brother in-law. The worst online company I have ever dealt with.

Used this company in the past and was happy with what I received. But not this time. Ordered the special coronation box of 20 beers. I paid 30 pound and received a box of 8 beers. No response to my e.mails or online form. Terrible customer service. AVOID

I placed an order for my dad’s birthday, was promised next day delivery which I paid £3.50 for, and the order took forever to arrive. The email that sent the order confirmation was from a “no reply” address (and it tells you to email that address if you have any questions which doesn’t make any sense), so I filled in the online contact form on their website to politely ask for an update on my order, and they never replied. Filled in the form again a few days later, and still no reply. I also managed to find an email address to contact them on, but they still didn’t reply. Very rude and unprofessional, and very embarrassing for me as I had nothing to give my dad on his birthday.

The item did eventually arrive on 25th April (despite me ordering on 31st March) and they then emailed me because of the chargeback I requested through my bank - when I explained that I did not receive the next day delivery as promised and that it cause me a lot of hassle and embarrassment, they couldn’t be bothered to reply - they’re clearly not too keen to offer any sort of compensation! Either that or they’re just as slow at replying to emails as they were to dispatch my order…so maybe they’ll reply to me in 3 weeks’ time

I should’ve read the other reviews on here before ordering!

One star as cant put zero.

I have only received half my order, I've tried emailing customer services and I'm been ignored, absolutely no customer service.I will never order from then again.

If you’re ordering beer for the coronation I wouldn’t hold your breath or at least have a contingency plan
My Easter beer gift set was ordered in plenty of time but did not arrive
I contacted customer service who did not have the courtesy to reply but all of a sudden the order was on the way

No apology or offer of refund in fact no communication from company at all in response to my e mail

Not next day delivery as promised, no emails answered, did try to cancel via email then I got the delivery. It was supposed to be 5 types of craft beer, it was 2! At least I got it and it's in date, but unfortunately guys never again 😞

I’ve previously written a review but interesting update. Not only are they in administration but still alleging to trade, I just received another promotion email from Cameron who is supposedly the ‘customer experience manager’. The telephone number attached seems to be for a property company and nothing to do with selling beer. I’ve already reported Bier Company to the Consumer Council but it’s getting more and more suspicious how bogus this company is. My credit card company says they will refund my money and are planning to pursue them for compensation. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Since posting this, company has been taken over and if you write to customer services they are quick to apologise and refund. So 5 ***** for this service (JUNE)

28/4 Reading previous comments, it looks like I too have been scammed and it makes you feel really sick. Ordered two x £30 beer kits, only one arrived (which is a miracle in itself to be honest!) - cannot get hold of them to get the other one sent and clearly, it's not going to be happening, so they have robbed me of my hard earned £30. I wish I'd checked on here before ordering, but it sadly didn't cross my mind. So frustrating. I too will report.

PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM - THEY CONTINUE TO SEND EMAILS WITH 'GREAT DEALS' BUT THEY CANNOT FULFIL THESE ORDERS - THEY HAVE THOUSANDS OF POUNDS WORTH OF DEBT NOT PAID TO THE BREWERIES THAT SUPPLIED THE STOCK.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM! YOU WILL LOSE BOTH YOUR MONEY AND PRECIOUS TIME TRYING TO GET IT RESOLVED.

You took my money and failed to send. You made multiple excuses about changing couriers and 3 months later any emails bounce back

Awful company don’t reply to any correspondence…still awaiting a replacement order from January!!

Send items that are not described on their website. Contacted them to explain I received duplicates and missing items. I was informed that these would be replaced but they never arrived. Wouldn’t use again which is disappointing as bought from previous to this and had no issues.
