No beer delivered, they don’t reply to emails no matter which contact method used

I signed up for a trial for the Bier Club and was unable to cancel this subscription. You could only cancel over the phone or by post. The phone number never connected. They never replied to customer service emails. I had to go through my bank to cancel this subscription. The products they provide are fine, but this just ruined my experience.

Placed an order on 1st may as present nothing arrived so far , no reply from emails except a couple of strange ones from Cameron saying would sort then nothing ! Have now asked for refund still waiting ! And they have cheek to send offers and emails saying they have over orders for Father’s Day ! How sad if they do same and dads don’t get their pressies , really don’t know what they playing at but don’t order with them , go somewhere else !

I ordered a The Ultimate IPA Gift Box to be sent to my son-in-law for his birthday last month. I received an update on the 27th April stating that my order was on the way.Unfortunately like other people, I've received no order. I've sent an email and tried calling, but no reply. I just wish I had read the reviews before I placed my order. The really annoying thing is they are actually sending me special offers by email!! I am going to report this company to my bank.

Ordered theThe Ultimate IPA Gift Box containing 12 beers and they delivered 10 beers and no free glass either. Very disappointed and this company never answers queries and it took a very long time to deliver too!

The company sent me a very good offer on a case of beer which I took advantage of.
I received the beers the following day which was great.
The big issue I had though was they sent me the right quantity but only 3 different beer styles instead of the 5 styles that were offered to me. I checked the website and at no point did it say the case could vary.
I’ve submitted an enquiry online twice and received an automated acknowledgment twice but nobody from the company has followed this up.
Unfortunately I won’t be buying or recommending this company again.

Unusually for me, I did not research this company and read all the negative reviews before ordering the Ultimate IPA Gift Box as an anniversary present for my husband. When my order didn't arrive as expected earlier this week, I did some Googling, read all the negative reviews and was fully expecting to have lost my money or receive an incomplete / damaged order. However the gift box arrived today with a nice selection of beers (all in date!) and an attractive glass. My husband is happy with his present! One star dropped due to the order taking 4 days to get here when it was supposed to be next working day

Would give 0 stars if possible, ordered 2 months ago and it arrived today. No response from customer service for the 2 months, has to purchase beer from alternative store as was a birthday present. No need for the product now and no way of returning. Absolutely awful service.

I wish I'd seen this site before I ordered a gift for my brother. I ordered a beer box on 30th April with next day delivery. Over 2 weeks later there's still no delivery and no response to my emails. How are they allowed to still sell if they've gone into administration? I'm even still receiving emails of offers from them!

Ordered my partner the super dad gift set off my little boy for his birthday. Waited over 2 weeks after paying next day delivery, still not received. No reply to emails at all. Disputed with my bank and will hopefully receive a refund! Absolute joke.

Received an email on24th of April, it is now 15th of May and still not received my order.

Scam company, don't send you your order and still expect you to pay for it.

Ordered a box of 24 beers for my husband. 5 different beers advertised. Paid for next day delivery. Took well over a week to deliver. When he opened the box there was only 2 different types of beer. Very disappointed. I have contacted the company twice regarding this. No response at all. Won’t be using this company ever again.

Orders the superdad box for my husbands 40th from the kids and nothing. Paid for next day delivery. Confirmation email received, money taken from bank bu no item.
Nearly a week later, multiple unanswered emails and FB messages.
Have opened a dispute with bank and hoping to get money back as can't afford to lose it

Company hasn’t delivered the beer. Hasn’t refunded. Hasn’t responded. Is an illegal fraudster and obviously dis honest. Don’t use them. We will contact the police

I have never received my order 195588 and the money has been taken from my account a week ago. Birthday beers ordered on 2nd May with delivery from dpd on 3rd May but items never turned up.
Please don't use this company as it looks like a scam which I have now reported to my bank.

I ordered the Easter special box ready for the holiday on a next day delivery. It took 23 days to be delivered and after contacting customer services 3 times I had zero correspondence back from them to explain why such a delay. Very disappointing customer experience.
