I ordered and paid £285 for a year subscription for Bier as a Birthday Present and the voucher code didn’t work. I’ve emailed so many times and then complained to my credit card. I’ve still never received anything. This company is not real or a rip off.

Can't review just yet as it's an advent calendar......quite an impressive looking advent calendar I might add.
It arrived on time, packaging was great, lets hope the contents are equally impressive as it wasn't cheap!,

Will update following the Advent period. My husband is looking forward to opening it though 😁

Great as a gift, they got it the next day on their birthday. Great service.

I once received a gift voucher for 3 months free month subscription, however they only gave me one month off and refused to let me cancel my subscription. I have tried everything to cancel this company is AWFUL. Do not use!!

I always wait till they have special offers on and I love the selection of beers they have and for the past 2 years my partner has got me the advent calendar which I love and hopefully I will get it again this year. Sometimes the delivery can be slow but it's not really a problem.

Just what I wanted for my son's birthday! He said the choice of IPA's was great, the snacks were a good change from the norm and the socks made him laugh!😄 thanks!

Next day delivery came 8 days later. Thought I was supposed to get a glass with my order but none came. Other than that, beers are always good from here

I purchased the large birthday box as a gift , next day delivery, it came a day late , ok no problem.
The item was extremely disappointing , the presentation was awful , 1st it came in a plain brown box , no mention of birthday or celebration. Then the can were just threw in with very small glass and three small bags of snacks, not what I expected at all for the price.
Totally unsuitable as a gift , I have had to go out and buy extra to bulk it out and more suitable container to present it in. Total waste of time and money

Nice selection, but I would appreciate receiving the items in a nice box as it is supposed to be a gift box.

I ordered this from Canada to be delivered for my dad on his birthday. The beer box was fantastic. My dad loved it. The comic story inside the box is funny and made him laugh.
The package arrived on time and the updates on tracking were great. I will definitely order again from this company. They did not disappoint. Highly recommend.

Excellent service, extremely quick delivery. Used Bier company a few times now and always received excellent service. I would fully recommend them.

To play the "next day delivery" safe, I ordered a craft beer gift for my brother's birthday, 2 days in advance. It's now two days past his birthday and he's still awaiting his gift. Bier Company blame Yodel and seem to be unaccountable! What should be a simple "order, pay and deliver" has become a nightmare with multiple emails, phone calls and mis managed expectations. You never get a 2nd chance to create a 1st impression, hopefully Bier Company will take note!

I bought a 3 month voucher as a gift and was signed up to a recurring membership (after emailing to say I didn't want that). No response to some emails. Feels like a very untrustworthy company from my experience and reading other reviews. I've had much better experience with Beer52 who I now see has far better customer feedback. I'd recommend avoiding bier company.

It was not the next day delivery plus the crisps packet was opened. Had to throw it away. Husband liked the beer though.

Still loves these . As I said last time I use them all year round for family gifts presents etc . And everyone says how nice they are .

I have used Bier Company many times and received a discount code . On trying to order I was charged full price . This was very promptly rectified after a short email and re ordered at the discounted price . You could not ask for a better service and I have always had a pleasure dealing with them . Beers and snacks in this package are exactly what is advertised and to a high quality. Great job Bier Company and would highly recommend 👏.

Good and interesting products but as mentioned in reviews before the packaging is dismal. If it’s a gift you will have to re package yourself, unable to even use the box it arrives in as it’s covered in delivery labels.
More thought on making the product special is needed.

As per similar experiances on here my mega birthday box arrived and as i opened the cans were all just randomly thrown in to the actual cardboard box, 3 dinted. This was a retirement gift so I had to go out and purchase 2 boxes and make it presentable myself. Ive posted pics on twitter mid week and no reply. Disappointing tbh 😞 an easy solution and fix hopefully you address as its a common complaint it seems.

I purchased the 'beer birthday box,' but it arrived in a damaged, plain grey cardboard box without any mention of 'birthday' on it. This made it completely unsuitable as a gift, despite it being marketed as such on the website. I mean, it's literally called the 'birthday box' – what do they expect customers to order it for?

I might as well have gone to a store like Asda, picked out a few random beers and snacks, and put them in a bag. It would have cost me a third of the price and been much more convenient. I had to scramble to find gift bags and wrapping, which ended up looking subpar. All in all, it turned out to be more expensive and far more of a hassle.

I was left feeling disappointed, and after reading similar negative experiences in the reviews, it's clear I'm not the only one. I'll be shopping elsewhere in the future, particularly for gifts.

It's a shame, really... it doesn't matter what the beer tastes like if the experience is crap. and this was.
