I placed an order and never received the goods for my fathers birthday. I was unable to contact anyone! DO NOT order with this company under any circumstances!!..after doing some research I found out that they are in liquidation, fail to tell the customer, take your money, still send offer emails and are breaking the law!

Never received my order. Very difficult to make contact with the company using on line form and email. Luckily my bank were able to get my money back and then the company contacted me to find out why I had gone through my bank

they never sent the product then lied about it when I charged it back through bank

Cancelling through post is an absolute joke in this day and age, no active phone line or response to emails, poor value for money subscription

Great range of beers, well packaged and arrived very quickly, the next day in fact!

Beer arrived on time. Lovely selection. Was disappointed that the way the beer was wrapped meant the box arrived opened. It was not the carrier’s fault. There was one flimsy strip of sellotape holding the box flaps down. I was lucky. No beer damaged. Tried emailing to alert Bier Company, their email address doesn’t work.

Bought as an 80 th birthday present He was absolutely delighted with the selection of beers “Terrific”he said 👍

They were very quick to respond and sort out my queries and even was able to change the address last minute! And gift loved by receiver

What a fantastic alternative to alcohol!
As with all things alcohol free, there’s a concern that it won’t taste the same. Well all concerns can be put to one side. They taste just like the real thing. We will be ordering more for sure!!

Bought a gift box for a colleague, it came with a glass and had beers he had never seen or tried before. Winner, winner from end to beginner

Delicious beer selection delivered with my monthly box, all for a very reasonable price. Delivery was by yodel and was tracked and on time. All good keep up the good work guys :)

The new customer support reacted and investigated my issue quickly and a positive result resulted in a delivery the next day.

Bought as a gift for a friend going rhrpugh a bit of a rubbish time. Seemed really happy with it. I paid for next day delivery but the courier didn't deliver in time & the Bier Company refunded the delivery cost. Really good experience with them & would order again.

From reading the reviews, I was very skeptical and even regretted ordering to be honest... But I thought people are more likely to review a negative experience rather than a positive one. So... I went for it. Ordered the Ultimate IPA Gift Box with next day delivery (only option of delivery available) and when I saw that it hadn't been dispatched the following day, I got in touch with customer services for an update. They got back to me super quickly, apologised and said it would be arriving the next day... Which it did. No substitutions and everything in the box was as described on the website. All in all, I positive experience and I would use them again but probably not if I needed something to arrive the next day.

I ordered a craft ipa box and accidentally had it sent to the wrong address. The assistant Patricia has assisted me extremely well by keeping me updated and communicating with the courier. Great customer service! :)

I paid for next day delivery on a beer package on April 1st 2023. This was a birthday present which I needed to arrive by the 4th April. The package had not even been dispatched by the 5th so I attempted to contact Bier Company by email to cancel the order as I had to source a gift from elsewhere and my dads birthday had already passed.

Another week goes by and I still get no reply so I email again ( order has still not even been dispatched) however I get no reply. I then raised a dispute with my card company. On the 14th April I received an email to say my order had been dispatched, 2 weeks after it was meant to and despite 2 requests from me to cancel it. The beer finally arrived on 17th April. I have therefore ended up having to pay for the beer which I no longer have wanted. I won’t buy anything from them again the customer service is shocking

I ordered a best of 2023 box. Only ONE of the beers matched the description and I had three of the same type of snack, despite being told on the website there would be three types. And a list of the beers I should received.

Customer service replied quickly to their credit and sent me out some new snacks as a ‘sorry’ however I can see why they don’t put them in the original box - because they don’t fit. So they literally cannot fulfil the order due to the box being too small which is why the snacks are all identical as they are the only ones that fit.

Back to the beer. Was told by customer service that they are within their rights to substitute items if they have stock issues. In the best of 2023 box there should be 8 beers. They are listed on the website. Of those 8 beers listed, I received 1. ONE. I didn’t get a best of 2033 box.

let’s be honest, there are two obvious reasons for this. Either the warehouse don’t care and just sent whatever they have closest to hand. Or the company are getting rid of old stock by pretending they don’t have what they should.
A rate of one beer out of 8 is not a substitution, the box is effectively out of stock and should never have been allowed to have been purchased. Frankly, looking at these reviews, I’m amazed this company is still trading. False advertising doesn’t come close. Disgraceful. I wish I had read the reviews.

I had waited until now because the last correspondence I had said they were checking with the warehouse and I hate having to do this to a company in trying times. It’s since gone quiet though. So it’s safe to say this company is somewhat iffy with bad trading practices. Avoid if you want to receive what you ordered.

I love the beer, but sadly the delivery company are very poor have sadly cancelled my subscription.
