Ordered a beer gift box as a present. Great product which arrived on time and was very well received! I will definitely use this company again.

No problems with subscription. I've never had any problems with subscription.

I ordered an ultimate craft lager gift box a few days ago for a gift to my brother and it's arrived today, and none of the products match the description. 

Unless I'm being stupid, nowhere on the listing for the item does it say items subject to availability or subject to change.

Just a smidge misleading and disappointing, mainly that all three snacks are the same. If I was after specific lagers advertised, I wouldn't have received those either.

Wish I'd have read reviews sooner.

The delivery never arrived and Bier Company have ignored my emails raising the issue. Not particularly impressed.

I've edited my review because Bier Company read it, reached out to me & rectified the issue. My entire order (plus a bit more) has now been recieved. Thank you for resolving this.

Ordered an IPA gift set. Was meant to come in presentation box. However when it arrived it was in a brown box and lots of duplicates. Eventually I had a response to email, promising a full refund. However a few days later another delivery showed up and no sign of promised refund. I responded to email however have since not had a response. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering as I would have avoided.

Have removed myself from mailing list and seem to keep getting emails. Also bought beer and it never arrived. Think this company just changes its name and pops back up each Christmas. Unscrupulous and dishonest in my opinion, have reported to Trading Standards

Ordered for Father's Day. Reading reviews I suppose I'm lucky that something arrived in time for Father's Day, but only after chasing and it still took 5 days for "next day delivery "!
Once opened I realised the gift box was missing, lots of the beers were duplicates, socks weren't the style ordered, and the 3 beer snacks were identical rather than 3 different types. After emailing customer services they have basically said "tough, it's in the t&cs that we can sub items". It's hardly the same present with so many subs! And apparently the t&cs say it's "unlikely ". And I'm still waiting for the promised refund of the delivery cost...
This is just a case of pure greed - taking too many orders and not being able to honour them.
I would have used them for other gifts, and possibly a subscription, but would never use them again. AVOID!!

Ordered a Father’s Day gift. Guaranteed Father’s Day delivery. No communication at all but failed to deliver until 3 days into the following week.

Responses from customer service refusing any recourse and refusing to cancel order in advance of delivery. Avoid.

Great product, fast delivery.

The product that was delivered a Father’s Day gift was brilliant value for money and I’m told all the beers and snacks were delicious. Will definitely order from here again. Ordered on the Thursday night and delivered Saturday.
