This company is a joke. They shipped me a glass lamp with virtually no packing...and guess what it was broken when it arrived. They dragged their feet about a refund and offered to send another...guess what...broken again...not quite as many pieces this time...goody for them. Finally agreed to a PARTIAL refund which I never received. Sent me an email saying they had processed it...no record on my credit card. Poor service...poor everything. Worst buying experience ever.

I placed an order with Bigamart on November 22, 2025 (Order #14131944) for the following product:

UP rotary dimmer 1000 W – all-in-one – frame with flush-mounted insert + cover (Series G1 pure white)
Quantity: 3 pcs
Total amount paid: $353.97

More than 3 months have passed and the goods were never delivered.

Bigamart repeatedly claimed that the payment was “on hold”, even though the money was already taken. Later, they promised a refund, but no refund was ever sent.

Instead, I only received automated and misleading messages claiming that the refund was “being processed”. They even sent false payment and refund confirmations that never appeared on my bank account.

Financial loss: $353.97
No product, no refund, no real customer support.

Based on my experience:
• goods never delivered
• money never returned
• misleading and false information
• strong indication of a fake or fraudulent webshop

Bigamart is completely untrustworthy.
I strongly warn others: do NOT order from this company unless you want to lose your money.

After initially sending me the incorrect product, Big A Mart took responsive steps in correcting the error and sending me the correct product. They were timely, polite, and service-oriented.

They went above and beyond to try and help us find exactly what we needed.

I purchased a game and asked to ship it to israel. Due to unknown circumstances the shipment didn’t arrive and actually was lost.
I wrote to Bigmart’s customer support and which accompany the process of reshipping the item until it finally arrived.
I got polite and quick feedback to every mail. I felt a genuine effort to solve the problem till it was finally solved.
Although the problem with shipment, I strongly recommend the firm due to its customer support service.

An ordered item was “stuck” in US Customs for over a month. Upon contact with Bigamart, they quickly handled a replacement.

Although the product I ordered was backordered and I never got it, when I emailed this company to ask what was happening, I got actual email replies in a timely manner. When the product could not ship in time for me to meet my deadline and I asked for a refund, my money was credited to my account promptly.
