Im first time bigamart buyer and was skeptical about the company because im in USA but the team was nice and made me feel relaxed that they were working hard to get my Classic Cantabile Pro Orchestra Music Stand Collapsible Black and when it it arrived it was worth the wait. It was fully assembled and very well made and looked exactly as the pici would advise anyone to order from this company they are very trustworthy

Went looking for a mug for my boyfriend that had been broken years ago in an unfortunate incident. The mug was out of print, but I found it on this site. I was nervous because I’d never heard of it before and it was a lot of money if it turned out not to be real. I was getting nervous after a bit and sent a rude message. The customer service representative remained helpful and kind in spite of that. The next day the mug was delivered. I sent an apology of course, since my nerves had gotten the better of me. They remained professional throughout. I would absolutely purchase from here again.

Great support team, my package got lost in mail by the currier, so the support team sent me another one in express mail which got there in time. They were super responsive and caring and resolved the issue asap.

I am so pleased with our Bigamart experience. I have a spinal injury so I often have intense calf and foot pain. Despite my ongoing physio and mobility regime I need more help. My darling husband found what we call “electric socks” that go with a TENS machine. They are VERY hard to find! We found them at Bigamart. At first they told us they might be out of stock, but when my husband told them of our situation they found some immediately and they arrived at our door in less than a week, across the ocean. AND THEY WORK. Thank you for not only the great product, but compassionate customer service.

An object of art that my wife loved was destroyed when it was shipped to our second home. "Did it arrive OK?" she asked. "A-OK" was all I could think of as a reply she would accept. I scoured the planet trying to locate a replacement. Finally I located a source - Bigamart. Bigamart responded to my request and shipped the replacement item with all haste and it was delivered the day before my wife arrived. Thank you, Bogamart!

I had ordered Whiskas cat treats from Bigamart. The order processing went very well: I promptly received the order and tracking information. Unfortunately, because of the new customs regulations in the United States, the package was destroyed by US customs without stating a reason. When I informed Bigamart about this unfortunate experience, the company spontaneously offered a refund for the entire purchase price, which I received within 2 days. They could have argued that the loss of the merchandise was not their fault. They did not and swallowed the loss. This is outstanding customer service. And I am really impressed by the company's ethical standards.

I found their customer service to be truly oriented toward the customer. They reliably respond within a day to any email and were really interested in my experiencing a positive outcome. I had to return an item that would have incurred significant shipping costs and they worked with me to arrive at return price that we both were happy with and avoided the return process.

From the beginning, Bigamart, have been efficient in everything asked of them. Ok, there was delay with customs, but we all have to live with that.
