Nice product , fast postage. Very professional customer service.

This company is obviously a BIG SCAM. I ordered something on 9/10/23. I accidentally ordered it twice. I contacted them using the email provided on their website immediately asking them to cancel one of my orders but wanted to keep the other order. My credit card was charged for both orders and have showed just processing ever since. Website says if you don’t receive confirmation email within 24 hrs to email them so I did. Still have not heard a word from them and both orders still showing processing even though they’ve received their money and no other way to contact them.

Your responsibility was perfect .

Bit of initial delay with getting the product sent even though I paid a premium for courier. However the support team responded quickly and refunded partially to compensate. Would definitely use bigamart again and I’m sure it’ll be a 5 star experience.

Did not receive my complete order. They would not answer my email or call. I contested through PayPal and they never responded to PayPal. PayPal would have refunded my money but I was out of town and the time passed so now I'm out $54.00.

I believe this company to be a fraudulent company for the most part and that the good reviews are most likely bought and paid for. There are many articles on this subject...you can't trust any good reviews anymore on this site or sites like Yelp and Amazon. Only look at the bad reviews, that is if they will post those because often the bad reviews are not allowed especially on Yelp because they are paid by the merchant to keep bad reviews from showing up.

My brush arrived in good shape and works extremely well on my long hair Tibetan Terrier.

I came by this supplement by chance. And it has been a game changer. My male cat was diagnosed with Idiopathic Cystitis, and has frequent urethral obstructions which are brought on by stress because we travel quite a bit. Since I’ve had him on this supplement he has had no episodes and seems far less stressed when we travel. I’m so happy I found this!!!

Very promptly received, considering the distance it had to travel. Surprised and pleased.

I am revising my earlier review.
My first review was just 1 star.
I ordered two small, identical items but when the envelope arrived there was only one item inside.
I was not happy.
Today (two days later) a second envelope arrived with the second item in it.
I would rate 5 stars but I was only provided one tracking number, and no one responded to me when I contacted them after the first delivery. I have yet to get a response.
