I have ordered these (Nuage Aqueous Cream and XBC Aqueous Cream) two products. Even though it was taken too long for the delivering at the first time and one of the products was not wrapped properly. However, the customer service did excellent job as I had complained the issues. They replaced my item without the extra cost. And the customer service follows up the issues really quick and effective.

Bigmart was able to source it through Amazon UK and get it delivered to me in Canada by DHL express within a few days. Not cheap, but well worth it since I was under time constraints. Special shout out to Haider who provided excellent support.

My item arrived today. It is perfect and since it is discontinued from the brand's site, I particularly appreciate finding a site that had even one unit of the item that I love. Communication from customer care was excellent. That may be the best part of this. There was a REAL person who cared. Wow! Thank you.
Still no refund
As below - still no refund. Bigamart have taken to simply ignoring my emails.
I am pursuing and have contacted trading standards.

\Damaged goods received and no refund
I purchased a stainless steel lidded oven pan on 14th February 2023. It arrived (in New Zealand) with the pan handle broken off so I sent photos and asked to return it for a refund. Bigamart offered me a half price refund and said I could keep the pan. I didn't want it, I wanted a full refund as the handles were the reason I had chosen the pan. The representative was clearly reluctant so I offered to bring the pan to the UK as we were coming at the end of May, to avoid an expensive return postage. The rep agreed and guaranteed in writing that they would pay the postage. I brought the pan to the UK and contacted Bigamart again in June with the email thread, asking for the return postage to send them the broken pan. They said they didn't want it after all and they would just refund. The refund did not arrive in my account. On three separate further occasions Bigamart insisted they had refunded. I sent them proof from the purchasing account that no refund had been made, and as of this date, 17/8/2023, they have failed to reply to my last email and I have still received no refund.

We placed an order on sept 9th but the package was delivered in a different address and we did not get the product. I asked for help to resend the product and I received their support to get the product again, this time without any inconvenient in the delivery but about one month later than it was needed.

Good quality item
Good quality item, which was purchased as an engagement gift - the couple loved it. Getting it to Australia from the UK took longer than anticipated, but the company was helpful. Following email enquiries, they offered to send a second item with shorter delivery time, and had done so by the time that the original item was delivered. I declined to accept delivery of the second item and it was returned. In my experience, good quality and good customer service, but anticipate longer delivery time if you order from overseas.

I ordered a 12v car battery and it did not come. My money gained the holder interest for sure!
I ordered a 12v car battery because it was $50 cheaper than anywhere else. It appears this is a banking bubble scam, where the person holds others money over time and gains interest, then refunding the buyers money with no product. I have had similar Chinese store issues like this but this one was in the USA so I told myself it may be real. NOPE! Pass this fake store up!
