BMW USA is literally the absolute worst…
BMW USA is literally the absolute worst customer service I’ve ever seen in my life. I bought a brand new 2022 S1000rr with cash and before the bike even got 2000 miles the transmission teeth broke in the bike. The bike has been in the shop for over two months, and BMW has constantly lied saying they will replace it, or give me my money back. With months on end nothing has changed, the only thing they have done is offered to reimburse me on a car rental that equals $45 a day. There is not one place I can find that will rent a car for that price lol. Absolutely despicable.
I specifically have been working with a guy name Mark Pechko, Who refuses to return my calls, went on a vacation during this whole incident and the person he referred me to while he was absent also did not answer their phone or return any of my calls, and who has absolutely been no help whatsoever. I have asked numerous amount of times to have my case transferred to somebody else, or talk to higher-ups yet they refuse to do for me.
Bought a brand new car from them
Bought a brand new car from them. They would not stand by their product. Got rid of it ASAP and will never buy another car of theirs.
I purchased a Pre-Owned "Certified" BMW…
I purchased a Pre-Owned "Certified" BMW from Crevier in S. CA. I guess their 167 pt inspection didn't catch the motor mount issues. I had to bring the car back the next day 40 miles each way, drop it off, travel the 80 miles roundtrip to pick it back up after the motor mounts were replaced. Less than a year later I had to replace my brakes, I guess they were not replaced when I purchased the "certified" car. My car has been in the shop 3 times this month for A/C issues and the engine coolant that exploded out of the bottom of my car and left me stranded for 3 hours waiting for a tow, two days after my car was just repaired. BMW tells me I need engine mounts again a year later for $3,300 WOW, every year I need to replace these and BMW won't cover anything after 1 year??? This 2017 530I has been a NIGHTMARE. I will NEVER, EVER buy another BMW. The car is pretty, sexy, expensive but can't stay on the road. If you make a car and it doesn't run it should not cost a fortune, a $30k Toyota is a much smarter purchase. BUYER BEWARE, these cars need daily maintenance and BMW USA does not stand behind their product... HELLO LEXUS!!!!!
2022 M4 8 month old car is in Rallye Westbury for 7 months
It saddens me to have to write this review however, I truly do not know what to do. In October 2021, I bought a brand new 2022 M4 from Rallye BMW Westbury. In November of 2021 the car was in an accident and needed to be fixed. I towed the car back to BMW Rallye Westbury and have not seen the car since then. It has almost been 7 months that my car is awaiting parts to be fixed. I was emailed that the parts would be in anytime between then and January and being that the whole world went nuts I have tried to be patient but to be the owner of a brand new 8 month old vehicle that is rapidly depreciating and to be in a $30 a day rent-a-car while still paying for a high monthly insurance for the vehicle that is not being utilized, is simply sad. I only got updates when I hunt them down, to be lied to consistently, that in 2 weeks they will have the part, for 7 months is simply unforgivable for a dealership of a premium brand or any brand for that matter. I trusted Rallye Westbury and bought the car outright to get treated as if its my fault and its not their problem. Shame on You BMW for putting your customers through this and handling it as you have been..

#WideWorldBMW Spring Valley NY should step it up with client experience
When you purchase a luxury brand you expect a certain level of client relationship unfortunately this is not what I have come across with #WideWorldBMW in Spring Valley New York. As this was my second time leasing a car the first time with #ParkAvenueBMW in Paramus New Jersey The two experiences were completely Different. #ParkAveBMW gave me excellent client relationship services I even got a little gift bag when I picked up my car which included a T-shirt a keychain and a couple other little things as I drove off into the sunset. With #WideWorldBMW in Spring Valley when I drove off the car after waiting a few hours barely a good bye. A few days later I realized my front License plate was missing. I contacted my salesman back-and-forth quite often trying To locate the plate which they couldn’t find. I visited the show room So many times that I wanted a chair whenever I came in they had me waiting back-and-forth for hours trying to locate the plate.I made appointments every time and at one point I came in for my scheduled appointment and had to wait due to another later appointment who came in early was taken before me and left me waiting an hour. I was told that they couldn’t find the plate so I had to do all the running around to get new plates which took out a big chunk out of another day besides going back-and-forth to the show room.I also had to file a police report! in addition to that they couldnt install the plate because the plate trim was not available. I had to wait for another one to be delivered to the show room which took 2 MONTHS. The most irritating part was NO follow-up all this time. I was constantly reaching out. Even though this seemed like a minor situation it was very aggravating mostly due to the fact I was initiating the contact. As someone with experience in sales/design in a luxury brand, this is not how clients are treated. When the installation took place the least they could’ve done was a small gift to apologize for the inconvenience. I also had to fight for the reimbursement of payment for the new license plates as I put out the money for their mistake they didn’t want to pay me back! Not happy with the service at all.
Why do BMW USA have to use spam and…
Why do BMW USA have to use spam and email unverified email addresses. Is it because their cars are substandard?
This is garbage
This is garbage, I used to drive it for 15 years and like 5 years of time cars were in a repair!
I'd rather walk than own this marque
Poorly engineered and overpriced vehicles, coupled with a corporate zeitgeist that would make you blanche.
On a more subjective note, even their design team's results have gone to hell over the last ~20 years.
Unreliable trash
Unreliable trash, that keeps braking down
Coming from a could car less family too seeing the headlights!
Coming from a nonchalant non-careing world of having just getting by with all the nondiscrept cars I've owned in the coarse of my miserable Iife I was in for a shock of epic proportions! I got this Hybrid 2018 BMW 330e performance model, Alpine White and it was just by pure chance Carmax had one loaded to the gills with everthing under the sun with only 18000 miles on it! Two days later I had been bitten so hard by this gorgeose lady of a car, I was stumbling around my IT job reading nothing except for anything that even mentioned my new love of my life! I have never even been so blinded to have hoped a Rolls Royce would roll up on me and try to give me a ride with a bevy of naked chicks! Cars have never moved the needle for me what so ever! So I expect anytime soon now for the BMW white horse to wear off so I can throw all these Car and Driver mags to the curb so I can go back to my normal boring retoric! But I know in my heart of hearts I'm a changed man through my entire being! And after just five revolutions of Sol I'm not the least bit ashamed! I "LOVE" this 2018 BMW 330e Performance model! I actually have fallen head over heels for a CAR! And being a guy with feelings of love gushing from every orafice of my body I'm now profoundly ashamed! I had the Most intensive "WET" dream of my life last night of my next conquest, a stone cold naked plaid Tesla! The shame of it all is unbearable! Say goodbye for me to my father Edsel. I should have stayed on with him and his Crisper studies! And Mom, if only you would have popped for a car seat than maybe that wheel well wouldn't have loomed so large in my life! Goodbye General hello Hartford!

BMW Assist has seriously let us down
BMW Assist has seriously let us down. If I could give zero stars, then I would. 3 hours waiting for a tow truck and still no truck. After the 1st hour, we called the tow company that BMW Assist arranged only to be told that BMW's payment had been declined. Tried to call BMW, long hold, we gave up and paid for tow ourselves, but had to wait for the next available. Called BMW back and they wanted to put blame on tow company talking about how horrible it was that they charged us. EXACTLY! But without payment, how's the tow going to happen?! This is not the service I was expecting nor what I have paid extra for from BMW.

BMW Galleria NOT RECOMMENDED!
BMW Galleria NOT RECOMMENDED!! MY X3 IS HAVING A "KNOWN SAFETY ISSUE" AND THIS DEALERSHIP IS NOT FIXING THE DEFECTIVE CAMERA SYSTEM! NO ONE IS RETUNING MY CALLS! I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER BMW BASED ON MY SERVICE EXPERIENCE!
Think Twice before BMW
If you know what is good for you, you would stay as far away from BMW as whole. This may be hard but trust me there are so many better options out there. Even though the latter may seem impossible, maybe my experience would help prevent anyone else from going through similar experiences or worst case getting into one with more caution before and after ownership.
I leased a vehicle from BMW and got warranties to cover pretty much all the possible incidents that may occur from dent to rims. Even though vehicle wasn’t driven as much, I got these warranties because in life you never know what the future holds. I even had over 6000 miles in unused miles when the vehicle was turned in. When lease had ended and vehicle was being turned in to Sharpe BMW in Grand Rapids, I was told there were some issues and that the warranty I had would cover them. I had a flight to catch later that afternoon so made sure I got confirmation before signing that everything would be taken care of. The person handling vehicle seemed new and wasn’t sure what they were doing so had to keep asking someone else, first red flag. After leaving the dealership and a few months later, I got a bill saying I owed for not just tire damages but also a dent to the door which wasn’t there before I left dealership. They didn’t want to even see my proof as I had taken pictures of vehicle before leaving dealership. They were able to generate digital documents showing I signed to this and even to the tire damages which were all false and generated after the fact. Simply placing my signature beneath a document doesn’t make that document one I saw before signing. The fact that the vehicle was so low on miles that it would turn a profit doesn’t mean I have to pay to get vehicle in excellent condition for resale even when I had a warranty to cover issues. When I called dealership to discuss, as usual I got the typical transfer all over the place with nobody willing to assist on their mistake. I left Grand Rapids to Maryland because I had found my next BMW there and was headed there to sign the new lease. I made it clear in asking that everything was clear on the old BMW before I got the new and I was told yes. I wouldn’t have signed a new lease had I not been tricked into doing so. Once signed both BMW and the dealership don’t want to handle the old BMW. The worst experience ever and to add insult to injury the agent at BMW who was handling case was super rude. He had even at a point told me they will not be discussing this with me any further and that case was closed and there is nothing I can do about it according to him. I called BMW who even agreed that dealership was at fault and to contact them only to like a modern day Robinhood be in agreement with the dealership since it suited them and after all Sharpe BMW acts on behalf of BMW of North America. I have no issue paying for issues I am liable for but when a dealership and a manufacturer work hand in hand to be dishonest, rip-off, be felonious and ignorant to an error they created, I would challenge that. This has been a 2 year back and forth thing and I caution anyone reading this to think twice before getting a lease or even purchasing from a dealership with this track record and reputation and manufacturer that stands by this. All they had to do was to come clean on their mistake rather than to blame it on the customer.
I can go deeper into the incident but I think you get the picture. If this dealership is your only option for whatever reason, or all that you’re left to purchase is a BMW be cautious of this dealership or best try another manufacturer all together as the dealership is simply an extension of the manufacturer. With my worse experience when dealing with BMW of North America directly where one of their agents almost acted like he owned BMW whole and felt like talking discourteously or being impudent was OK, you may want to think twice. I Never want to see that BMW emblem on any steering wheel of mine ever and would ensure anyone who asks me gets to know the truth about what they may be getting into. I know this may not be the experience of most and not be typical behavior of this dealership or BMW as a whole but this was my experience.

Bought my 2021 Bmw m8 competition and couldn’t be happier. The best part is I used sports betting money I won with my handicapper 😂😂😂😂
Bought a used BMW a while back
Bought a used BMW a while back, the first two years it was a great car to drive but over the years it just started to break down on me. Repairs were super expensive, they HAD to be taken to the dealer because finding parts for it was really hard to do. Even with the warranty, there were certain things that weren't covered and I had to pay out of pocket. Insurance for it also costed a lot. If you want a luxury car, don't go with them.
Just don't do it and save yourself time and $$
Bought a 2015 535i with less than 43,000 miles on it! Although I have owned Volvo's for years the speed, look, and low mileage of the car attracted me instantly. This car has been nothing but a nightmare! It has been in the shop more than on the road since I have owned it! After researching the fuel system problems I was/am having it seems these problems have been known issues with previous model years and BMW had to extend their warranty on the previous models due to a class action lawsuit! I tried to speak to the service manage at my local BMW dealership- BMW of Louisville- and he was nothing but condescending and patronizing! I am a Registered Nurse married to a Master Mechanic! He acted as though I did not have brains enough to know anything about an engine, let alone high pressure fuel injection systems! So I contacted customer service! I got the same run around every time I contacted them! They told me to talk to my local service manager! Ha-
As a medical-surgical RN I have to have a reliable vehicle to get to the hospital! This BMW is the farthest thing from reliable! In the 6 months I have owned this the fuel injector's have failed twice, and the high pressure fuel pump went out which is conveniently located in the fuel tank! It has cost thousands to repair! I will never buy a BMW again and am getting rid of this overpriced POS as quick as I can and going straight to buy a Volvo as I should have done in the first place! Horrible customer service! Even worse vehicle!
I have a 2020 BMW with less than 7K…
I have a 2020 BMW with less than 7K miles and I am already getting a CEL. Now I take it to the local stealership and I am told because I upgraded the audio system there is nothing they can do. BMW is the assembler of over price junk and deserves to become a relic of the past.
