I cannot see the writing on my Charcoal Grey Sweatshirt! I am very sad!

i ordered a sweatshirt dark gray just a California girl in a Minnesota world. They printed so light you can not even see it on the sweatshirt. I paid 45.00 and i am very disappointed.

This company has deceptive advertising practices. It acknowledges emails regarding issues but does nothing to assist. Phone number only provides automated information. Once they have your credit card payment, there's no concern about customer satisfaction. Very disappointed.

I'm giving this a "just OK" review since I have mixed feelings. I've read through all the reviews. I'm so glad my shirts came within three weeks of ordering. I like them a lot. However, Borntee needs to up their game in the customer service department: 1) be transparent about delivery time upfront 2) communicate better with customers along the order processing and delivery paths 3) have dedicated customer service people to answer phones/chats/emails who can have the power to make the customers happy. If you want to stay in business, you must address these concerns ASAP. Your product is good; your service isn't.

I ordered a Massachusetts girl in a Pennsylvania world hoodie. Received the opposite. They insist its what i ordered and will not refund. And they don't have any more of the one I want. A total waste of $50. Customer service by phone is a joke.

I ordered the live in Ohio heart in Florida shirts for my husband and me. I am very pleased with them. They are soft and fit well. We lived in Florida for 10 years and made the best friends. We had to move back to Ohio but, our hearts are still in Florida and always will be.

Ordered a hoodie for my girlfriend’s birthday. She loved it. The detail in the print was mind blowing. Thanks again Borntee.

The shirt I ordered for my husband (I Stand for the Flag and Kneel for the Cross) came in good time. My husband was very pleased with it and has already worn it several times.

I bought this t-shirt for my husband who moved to MA from CA 3 years ago. I was very pleased with the quality of the fabric and lettering. I would buy from Borntee again.

Not sure why so many bad reviews. My order came as expected in the midst of pandemic. Customer service was helpful & the product is good quality & fits as expected. I would definitely order again.

This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Basically after they have your order they ignore you, even if the shirt they sent isn't correct. I ordered a Men's Large and recieved a woman's shirt. I took the picture as their website requested but nothing. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Giving one star because that's the only way to post a review. Ordered/paid for shirt ($26.95) & shipping ($4.99) on 7/13/2020. Confirmation stated shirt would be shipped in 10-20 days. Inquired on 7/31/2020. Told shirt would ship in 5-10 days. Attempted to cancel order on 8/19/2020. Was told it was too late. 70% restocking fee and shipping fee (NOTHING WAS SHIPPED) retained by Borntee, $9.58 refunded. This company sucks and deserves every negative review they receive.

I placed an order almost 2 weeks ago and still have yet to receive anything. I by accident placed 2 orders I cancelled it and have yet to receive my refund.

I love the shirt and they were really fast with my order I would recommend this place to all of my friends

We ordered a tshirt back on May 5th 2020 and here it is August 13 2020 and the status still says printing. This is absolutely ridiculous we will be contacting the BBB...I will never order from them again and I'll pass the word to my friends and family to do the same.🤬

I placed an order, and was immediately charged. Fast forward 2 months, my order is still "printing". I've requested a refund through their website, but have not received an acknowledgement. Will probably have to resolve it through my credit card company

Shirt looks great. Informed of process each step. Although took a little longer than anticipated, understandable given the current health situation we’re all in. Quality merchandise.
