I totally love this tee back shirt. Fits perfectly and i love how it looks and feels great.

I accidentally ordered a sweatshirt that I didn't want and they refused to give me a refund. I asked for a phone number to speak with someone and they have no customer service number. Then I got the sweatshirt and it's very poor quality for a $50 sweatshirt I didn't want to begin with. It's a very dark grey with black writing and you can't even read it. Not to mention the material is real rough and not at all comfortable. I was told in the customer service instant message (since they have no phone number ) that because most of their shirts are custom made to order I can't get a refund but since I accidentally ordered it and it's not even the right size that they could send me the correct size once I got it. So they can't refund my money because it's custom made but they can send me a whole different shirt??? I would deal with it if i could read what it said and it was comfortable, but it's not. I definitely don't recommend.

Ordered a medium and it's more like a medium children's size.
Can't get in touch with company to exchange it.

I can’t even get a hold of the site to return the items they sent me and charged me for I ordered one sweatshirt and receives three and was charged for three I’ve sent numerous emails trying to fix this problem and no one’s return my emails so I will never ever buy anything or recommend anybody buy anything on this site it’s horrible

I ordered a sweatshirt on 08/01/19 using my VISA. My VISA was immediately charged. I did not receive an email with any information. I didn't receive the product until 08/14/19. The product was not true to size (too big) and there was a stain on it. The company doesn't give anyway to contact them. I have tried everything.

Same exact experience as another commenter. Order one item and received a different item. Very clear that what I ordered is not what I got. They refused to rectify the situation. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Buyer beware! Do not buy!

Don't even want to give this company one star! They are horrible! Sent wrong item. When I filed a claim they said they can confirm what I receieved matched their campaign. People must be illiterate here because my order confirmation says one thing & item received something not even close! And...the said they could offer no further compensation. So...reported them to BBB & contacted my bank. They are thiefs!!!
