Great quality shirt . Easy to do business with. Size's are true. I ordered a 2xl and could have used a xl. Very satisfied.

I got what I ordered and the shirt looks great. I am wearing it now.

I took a chance and ordered a hoodie some time in May. I figured I’d wait until the last date to make a charge card complaint. I wasn’t in any hurry since it’s 90 degrees and not in need of a sweatshirt. I received it last week - mid July. I’m glad I waited. The hoodie is a perfect pink and from a well known manufacturer. I think I’m going to love wearing it.
A little more communication between ordering and sending would have been nice.

Took about 3 weeks to print, ship, anf arrive. Shirt is true to size and print quality is decent. Lightweight fabric but certainly does not feel cheap.

Ordered two sweatshirts June 11, 2020. Just notified that shirts are in printing phase. Per Borntee: "Your order will ship within 5 to 15 business days of your payment processing." LIE. 35 days and just now being printed? Borntee has no way to contact them and no way to file complaint directly. Hiding bc of complaints? Is this a China drop ship company?

Great shirt, printing is crisp and sharp. High quality material, size and color as requested. Satisfied with time to deliver. Website was upfront that the shipping would take longer than normal.

Ordered as a gift , her shirt was perfect and she really loved it . Took a while to get to her but that was covid-19s fault . Great item and good shipping thank you

My experience with this company is awesome. Although I waited for a while to receive my sweatshirt because of Covid 19 , it's worth it.

The company will not answer the phone, no confirming email on orders. The chat is slow, the person won't answer questions as to where my tee shirts are. I looked at all the reviews, on this site, most are as what I am reporting which is a bad company, poor service or over the top....I think the over the top ratings are false and BS. I have waited weeks for my order and they still cant say when it will ship...If I dont recieve my shirts soon, I will cancel the credit card charges and report this vendor to facebook (thats where I saw the ad)

Took a lot longer to receive my order because it was stuck in production. I had to send an email to find out where it was at and then it shipped shortly after that. I dont know if that got it moving or not. Great looking tshirt just ordered the wrong size.

I ordered a sweater it’s take almost 2 months before they can finally send it after a lot of emails after I keep asking them to give me my money back they finally send something who looks like it’s have been wearing for so long the the writing in front of it looks so white like it’s it have washed so much them people are scam they take your money the same day you place the order and forget about your order when you call them to much or send a bunch of emails that’s when they finally send something who have been wearing don’t order from them they only there to take your money borntee you a scammer scammer scammer

I ordered a tshirt a month ago from borntee and I have yet to receive it considering calling the bbb on them

This is scam. There is no one to change or cancel or inquire about the order. You cannot leave a message. You cannot get a hold of anyone. The chat on the website does not work.

Careful. I ordered 2 items and still have not received my order. Same address different name. BornTee was the company. I ordered it on May 20. I keep getting a canned response as to why my order is not shipping. This is a scam. Notifying BBB

I have been wait for my sweatshirt for a month now. Can get a hold of anybody. I’m starting to believe this is a scam.
I’m canceling my payment.
They advertise that you will receive your order with it 7 days.
False advertising!!!

Still waiting for my product 1 month later. This is way longer than even their forgiveness timeframe due to COVID. I emailed customer service and they just send me the same response as the original confirmation. Cannot get anyone on the phone at all. Will never order from here again.

I am completely 100% satisfied with my pink hoodie.
