All I needed to do was change the billing information for my order. Unfortunately, you can't speak to an actual human being when you call their "customer service" phone number.Furthermore, the options you are forced to choose from when sending them an email are limited. (There was no way for me to simply explain what I needed to do in the options I was given.) Extremely bad customer service. I hope their products are better than their customer service.

Love the mug. It made it before the day needed.

Even with covid the mug was delivered in a timely manor, it even showed up early. My mom loves it, her new favorite cup!

I’m only rating the company 3 stars due to the many reviews regarding the inability to speak to someone in customer service. Even though I didn’t need to for my order, being a customer service professional, I can understand the importance in being available to assist your customers. The company needs to improve in this regard, and maybe they’ll gain more clients. Until then, they’ll remain just a mildly trusted internet company. It’s time to step up the customer service experience Borntee.

I ordered a M, it fits perfectly. The shipping was amazing. My shirt was here within less than 2 weeks.

Love my shirt. When i contacted them to tell them the shirt was damaged in shipping, they replaced it. Soft fabric, roomy.

When I notified the company that the order had not arrived, they checked the order number and mailed out a replacement. Don't know what happened to the original order, but with it being during the holidays, well, anything may have happened. Nice quality, beautiful printing, my husband loved it.

This company is a complete fraud. I ordered sweatshirts and realized the order was incorrect. I immediately emailed and asked for an exchange. Received a response 2 days later saying the order had shipped. I was informed via email the day before the shirts were delivered that they do not give refunds or take returns. This is outrageous and they will be reported to the BBB.

These people are a RIP OFF. I ordered a shirt one day and the next ordered another. I asked if they could exchange one did the other. They said no, so I said cancel both. Well they cancelled the first but would not cancel the second one. I argued for 2 days. On the 3rd day They sent me an email saying my order has shipped. I was livid. They violated their own terms by canceling the 1st one. The lady said once the order is placed it's in production and can't be cancelled. I received it and it's a CHEAP CHEAP piece of CRAP. They are taking advantage of breast cancer survivors and those with breast cancer. I filed a complaint with the BBB and the FTC. Don't buy anything from them. READ THOSE RIDICULOUS RETURN TERMS FIRST. They don't want to give you your money back for any reason. This is fraud.

Tring to get ahold of costomer service is a night mare oh and if you buy a second shirt it’s discounted!!! Think again when you order from this dishonest company. There is no Costomer Service they get your credit card and place a orders you never order this company should be reported for fraud

I had no problem with my first online order. Shirt was exactly what they said it would be. Soft 100% cotton and fits well.
