He said try these suggestions for a few days and then he called me back to see how they were going. I was still experiencing issues. He said he had asked people internally and they all decided that the best thing to do would be to replace the unit and not repair. I appreciate the honesty. You provide a fair resolution to my problem. Your customer service solution gave me another reason to love my Breville tea maker!

I had a minor problem with our convection toaster oven. I called Breville and the CSR was very friendly and helpful, and I could clearly understand her. She sent a replacement part, and the problem was solved.
Great support service with video
Great support service with a live video link to the agent. She was able to diagnose the fault and send the replacement fibre washer needed for the base of the grinding wheels. There is plenty of help in YouTube so the replacement was a breeze.

I will buy Breville products before any other small electronics. I sent my Breville Oven in for repair. Mind you it was out of warranty. Not only did Breville send me a shipping box and label, they cover shipping costs both ways. Breville repaired my oven and sent it back to me. But, my oven was damaged in shipping. So, once again, Breville paid to send the damaged unit sent back. They sent me a beautiful refurbished oven which is working famously. This company is Number One in customer service in my book.

While I was disappointed in the support for my Joule failure I was satisfied with a nice discount on a new panini griddle. I did not want another Joule since this one did not hold up anyway.
