Customer Service spent an enormous amount of time walking through every detail of troubleshooting, even having me pull a shot in front of her on camera. She truly wow'd me!
Supported this company for 10 years but…
Supported this company for 10 years but the customer service is atrocious. Their product has become faulty and instead they try to blame it on the coffee beans. In order to diagnose the issue I would have to send them the machine and I have to pay out of pocket for the diagnoses and service even though their machine isn’t working properly. Will never buy from them again

Your quick service was exceptional, as well as how fast you identified the issue and resolved it quickly. I research many machines and realize that the service breville offers is the best there can be. Thank you for every morning beginning with a wonderful espresso!
Coffee just wasn’t coming out
Coffee just wasn’t coming out! The tech talked me through trying to problem solve. Ended up sending me to warrantee group since it was brand new. She had me try one more thing and turned out to be a clogged filter basket. Within 30 min of me starting the process I was drinking my coffee. I was instructed on how to soak and clean filter and they still sent me a new one. Everyone was kind and helpful!

5 stars for Breville. 2 stars for repairer
Really easy to get machine booked for service. No charge for all repairs and postage. Breville was great. The external repair company that did the actual repair, not so much. From them, no communication, no updates after 30 days, no indication of it was repairable or not despite 2 requests for an update and then suddenly one day it arrived at our doorstep in the post.
Breville have been great, the store we purchased through were also great. I would give both those companies 5 stars. The actual repairer I’d give a 2 star rating. They fixed it but it was missing a piece and a replacement had to be sent by Breville because the repairer was so sloppy. The 2 stars for them would be because they did actually fixed the problem but that’s all they did right.
My Kettle would not stop boiling
My Kettle would not stop boiling. Your staff said they would send a replacement and they did straight away. They kept me aware of it with tracking information. There was no charge for the replacement kettle.
Then your staff followed up on the delivery. I have other Breville products and overall they are reliable.
I will always recommend Breville products and Breville staff. Thank you Breville.
