We are 75 yrs old and still in good health, though my wife has knee issues going up/down stairs, and I’ve stumbled on stairs when carrying stuff up/down. Our neighbors have a Bruno stairlift. I liked the clean look of Bruno (matches our modern home interior), the great no-pressure local sales person, the fact that Bruno products are made in the USA, and best of all the price significantly beat the other manufacturer (Acorn). We love the product!!

The install was straight forward and was completed sooner than expected. I was shown the proper way to use the chair, store it, and how to keep the track clean. The installer said he had to watch me demo the chair, just so we both satisfied the checkmark in the box.
I was skeptical at first to use the chair. I had fallen on these steps more than I wanted and I certainly did not want to fall off the chair.

I have been using the chair for a couple months now and I'm so grateful I have it. I am pleased with the quality and craftsmanship of the chair, the ease in using it, and cleaning it.

The company that installed the lift did a great job. They explain in detail the features, operation and safety guideline for the lift.

My stairlift was purchased through workers comp because I was injured at work and could no longer climb my stairs safely. This unit has been a life saver and has made my life so much easier. I would recommend it for anyone who has a similar situation.

Butler mobility was great! I needed this outdoor chairlift asap due to a broken leg and the only way out of the house is about 7-8 steps to the car. We had a few issues at first with the chair itself having issues and the motherboard needing to replaced. Bruno shipped a new board, but it did take over a week to receive and then needed to be installed. Once the chair was up and running things went smooth. I am enjoying the chair and it is allowing me to get out of the house, to the car and to appointment. I would highly recommend Butler Mobility and Bruno. The chair is excellent quality and has been working very well even in two snow storms.

Everyone I have dealt with have been very helpful and courteous.

While moving, there is a cracking/snapping sound at the halfway point in both directions. Two service calls and two different technicians tried to fix it. The last tech. said it was normal. Now with the chair parked at the bottom, the chair surges and move extra slow until it passes the slow down area of the rail. Chair has been installed month and half and going on third service call. NOTE- Chair cracking sound still not fixed. If I would have been told chair would make that sound at time of purchase it would not be in my home.
