Bruno stairlift is easy to use, feel safe when riding in the chair and is quiet when in use

The excellent installation was done on time and without any mess. The Stair Lift will allow us to live in our home of 25 years for many more!

This device has been a lifesaver for my mom to be able to go up and down our stairs. I am so thankful for this device. The tech was able to get it all set up in less than 3 hours from start to finish.
My only request would be for the lever that makes the chair turn be in better place for someone to reach. My mom had a hard time pushing down the lever because it is quite a bit below her. For most people it may not be a problem but an elderly person it can be a challenge.

Unit works perfectly. Well constructed. Very pleasant installation technician. Overall, very pleased with the unit.

Fast installation and no need to climb stairs

The stair elevator was custom fit to my staircase that required a length extension. The operation is straightforward and safe. The weight capacity meets my needs. Cost was reasonable.

The installation was fairly quick and precise. Installers cleaned up after themselves and proceeded to instruct us on operating the stair lift. It is a great addition to an in-law apartment built above a garage. My 93 year old Dad who is still fairly mobile, uses it to get his groceries upstairs (15 stairs). Would definitely recommend this company.
