I appreciate Tom’s professionalism. I got quotes from 5 other places, and while other deals were very close in loan terms, the other companies called my phone constantly, leaving many hard-sell voicemails. It was extremely annoying for a busy person like me. Tom by contrast, respected my time and contacted me only when something was pertinent.

Is an understatement....He was able to help with refinancing an existing property while also getting me a great rate for a new home purchase. Clear communication the entire time, availability when I needed him, honesty, and closing on time. What else could one ask for in a lender? Even the documentation and signing was easier, because we signed some documents electronically prior to the notary appointment. After researching several VA specific lenders, Mike and his team were able to help me with my VA Re-Fi and beat those others by almost a full percentage point, with lower costs too. One weekend I had a question about some paperwork so I called to leave a voice mail. I was surprised when Mike answered from a golf course and had his processor send over the needed papers within the hour. Incredibly fast! I started this refi with a phone call on Saturday, March 14th. I turned in the requested Docs on Sunday, March, 15th. The appraisal was done on Tuesday, March 16th. I was asked for one additional Doc. My loan closed on Wednesday, March 24th. That is 8 business days from start to finish. Incredibly fast!
