Tom Navarro is the best in the business! He is extremely helpful, attentive, responsive, focused, knowledgeable, and always available. He is very well informed in all areas and provides a great service while also helping his client get the best! He was highly recommended by a few friends and I can totally see why. The whole process was even easier than the last time around - everything was clearly explained and uploading the relevant documents to the Cal Loans Direct website was very straightforward. Tom Navarro was extremely well-organized, knowledgeable and highly responsive on any queries. And the rate was super-competitive.
