I highly recommend Capital Placement to anyone seeking an internship. The CP team is great and is always willing to help! I will never be able to thank Keerthika enough for her help and support! In a very short period of time, I finally received an offer from a British company. I am so grateful for the opportunity I never would have had without CP team!

I had a great experience using Capital Placement to find an internship for a Software Developer role. The team at Capital Placement are extremely competent and were able to find a company that fit my needs within a week of signing up for their services. It was a pleasure working with Kit, Kiki, and Lara. If you've had problems finding a software developer internship on your own, then I highly recommend you talk to Capital Placement to see what they can do for you.

The whole process of applying and getting an interview went really smooth. Always quick with responding to any questions I had. Were very helpful with editing my CV to add important details that I had not thought to add myself, but will be very useful after the internship. They found a great match to what I was looking for right away, and had a very helpful practice-interview for it to help me understand how to answer typical interview questions. I do think its a lot of money to pay for a middle man, so if you´re thinking of applying, keep in mind that this is a fast-track situation to get a good placement. All in all, I would highly recommend trying capital placement if you are, like me, in your first year trying to get experience so that you can a good job (or paid job) in the NGO/non-profit sector directly after university.

Soon I am going to graduate and my whole studying period I have spent in front of my computer at online lectures and unsuccessfully trying to find an internship at different NGO’s.
Out of despair, I decided to contact the Capital Placement team to help me find an internship. However, it was not easy for their team to find an internship due to the current pandemic situation as well. After about 2 months they succeeded to find an internship for me, and I was accepted immediately!

I applied to Capital Placement on the 2nd August 2021, I went through a small number of interviews and was given some great advice that will stay for me life, Nan D really helped me through the entire process and in the end I have ended up landing a full time role in a great start up company. If I didn't apply to Capital Placement I would definitely still be struggling to secure a job role. So thank you Capital Placement and Nan D for the awesome help!

I signed up with CP after my degree and when I felt intimidated by applying to jobs and internships. I had a really good experience with the CP team. They had two people speaking to me independently, making sure that they got a fuller picture of what I wanted. They gave me regular progress updates and everyone was super kind. I ended up getting an internship independently from CP realtively soon after signing up, so never ended up having interviews through CP. However, they congratulated me and processed a refund - which I didnt even expect to get - super quickly. Have recommended them to a friend since.

Capital Placement and especially Niran, went to the moon and back to help me secure a remote internship in London. I worked on it for two months before shifting base for the same internship to London.
During this entire process, Capital Placement helped me at every step and ensured that I also got my visa through Bunac in a timely manner via Bunac.
The team at Capital Placement were always available for a call or email and constantly endeavoured to make my entire process a smooth one. All this despite the numerous Covid-19 restrictions in place in both India and UK.

Through Capital Placement I managed to secure an remote internship position at an engineering startup based in London. I highly enjoyed working with the company as I was assigned on tasks connected with current projects that the company was working on with real clients. Moreover, my supervisor, which also happens to be the CEO as well as one of the co-founders, was more than willing to support and offer advice whenever I encountered any issues with the task at hand. Overall, it was a really valuable and eye-opening experience whereby I not only learned much about the specific engineering field the company is in but also on how to work effectively as a team even when all of it was done remotely.

Capital Placement as a company and as a placement group is absolutely great. Trying to find a replacement activity during the pandemic was challenging, and they honestly made it so easy! Much cheaper than other placement groups I know of as well. Vinay, who was my contact with Capital Placement, was stellarly helpful during and after my internship, and made the experience that much more enjoyable!
