One of the worst experiences
One of the worst experiences trying to refinance my car. They called me late one evening, and I wasn't home; they ran my and my wife's credit report and told me that I needed to add more information to my application. When I was able to do so, they told me my application had expired, and I didn't get the loan. My question is: How can I be denied if the company didn't let me complete my application? If I could give negative stars, I would. A total scam!!!!!

I have been waiting for the opportunity to review. The loan officer was very prompt and professional. The interest rate was good. I am very happy that I made the decision to refinance, because what more can I ask. I had tried some others whose interest rates were worse than what I already had-no names, but just try Caribou before you settle.

They sent me an email saying im pre qualified then denied it. The person I delt with had such a thick accent i could not understand half of what she said. If your gonna work in customer service you should speak understandable English. Won't deal with this company again.
