Good service, recommended!
My representative was very nice. And they got it taken care of very quickly as promised. I would've given it 5 stats but my representative didn't seem to be very knowledgeable when it came to the other services I opted in for. That's nothing against her since she was very helpful and handled my needs expeditiously. But when it comes to the other services, that felt somewhat aggressively pushed, more conversing would have went farther for me. And since it was something that needed handle as quickly as it was, hopefully there's still a chance for someone to talk these things out with me with greater detail. All in all, I would still DEFINITELY recommend this service to others...

Easy Process
The process was easy but there wasn't always follow-up. I also had several duplicate requests for information. So far my experience with TBFCU has been good and that's who Caribou connected us with.

They keptrying to sell me a longer term than I wanted
They wouldn't honor their advertisement on credit karma. Besides that the salesman I was connected with lied to me. He said a longer term would be better for me. I guess he gets paid more on longer term loans.

Hidden Fees Galore!
Hidden fees galore added nearly $900 to my loan, when I asked about it during the process they lied about it THREE times. These people are thieves!
