Très bon service d après vente malgré…

Très bon service d après vente malgré le fait que jai un problème avec la robineterie de douche mais réponse rapide pour le remplacement de celui-ci donc le tout devrais être fonctinnel!

Great customer service

I purchased a bathroom vanity that I loved until we realized that the wrong hardware pack had been included. I was under a tight deadline to install the vanity and Mona worked wonders to get the right hardware delivered.

Perfect Customer Service

Wow! Customer service is second to none. My email was answered promptly and perfect help provided. We are really enjoying our rainfall shower set. Can't go wrong with CASA Inc products and their customer service.

I brought a CasaInc shower faucet unit…

I brought a CasaInc shower faucet unit and I liked everything about it fir the most part. However, the shower hose separated from the shower head but it was still usable. It took me some time to inquire about a replacement and the warranty had ended. CasaInc is still willing to send me another shower hose for free and all I had to do was send this review. The customer service was good and Mona is amazing.

The valve body where the on/off handle…

The valve body where the on/off handle is located is not level. During installation, all valves were leveled using three different levels; however, once the cover was installed, it appeared misaligned. I removed the wall to verify the installation and confirmed that the issue lies with the valve body itself, not the leveling.

Out of warranty.

I called due to damage to an out of warranty part. The person i spoke with (Vanessa) was very helpful and understanding. Vanessa was able to assure that I receive the parts and can now continue to enjoy my Casainc shower system. Thank you Vanessa and Casainc.

Reclining lift chair with heat and massage. Best chair and customer service.


I bought the heat and massage lift chair recliner in July. I love that chair that is the best chair I’ve ever owned. If you have a backache or your stress, you get back in that recliner and turn that heat massage on and you’ll fall asleep in no time it is such a good chair and their customer service is awesome also. The chairs are so good. I ordered two a matching set for my mother and I. And the price on those chairs beat the price I found on a lift reclining chair anywhere.
I had the best interaction with their customer service that I’ve had with any customer service in a long time. This company really cares about their customers. I had a small problem with the controller on a lift chair and customer service helped me get that straightened out right.

Prompt and Caring

I have appreciated the responsiveness from the company. There was a time I needed a part replaced and they responded right away with care and patience considering he situation I was in. I also love the chic appearance of their products. Highly recommend!

Camellia was prompt and attentive when I inquired about replacing the hose on one of my handheld shower installations. She was very clear about how I should document the issue and, even though it was out of warranty, the company sent me a replacement hose. Purchased a dual head shower system for my new bath. The quality is excellent. However, the shower cartridge was missing some seals.
Customer service has been very good to work with and sent out a replacement in good time.
I would purchase Casainc products again.
