Casainc was willing to replace my sink parts for me and were super helpful! Their sink faucet has made washing dishes so much easier!

Ordering a replacement handheld shower head was very easy. I”didn’t receive any emails “ but it was my fault for not checking my spam email folder….ao the communication about the order and delivery was good.

The customer service has been very supportive. I had parts go missing when two different crews were working on my bathroom renovation. Customer service very helpfully sent me replacement parts at no charge! I will update this review when everything is delivered and finally installed!
UPDATE: Received the parts, and the shower fixture is installed! It's beautiful, easy to use & looks great in my guest bathroom. The wand is awesome & the showerhead has great pressure. Thank you, Casainc, for the great customer support.

I purchased a waterfall shower from this company!!!! I paid over $350 for it!!! Although it was very pretty and looked good when we got it installed all it did was leak!!!! I emailed the company 3 times and tried to call them 2 times and its been over a week and I still have heard nothing from them. I paid over $5000 to have a new shower put in my house and I do not want to have to rip out half of my new shower and take this system out and replace it. The least they could do is give me some ideas on how to fix the problem!!!! I AM NOT HAPPY!!!
