5-Star Experience – Exceptional Customer Support from CASAINC

I rarely write reviews this detailed, but CASAINC has absolutely earned it.

Over the past several months, I worked closely with their customer support team—especially Mona—regarding a hot water flow issue with my thermostatic shower system. As an engineer, I tend to be extremely methodical in diagnosing problems. I conducted pressure testing (65 PSI at the inlet), created detailed video QA documentation, and even provided comparative flow analysis between hot and cold settings.

What impressed me most was not just that CASAINC responded — it was how they responded.

• They reviewed multiple video submissions.
• They consulted with their factory and technical department.
• They arranged replacement thermostatic cartridges without requiring return of the original.
• They followed up consistently—even while I was traveling.
• They reshipped alternate 2-inch body jets to optimize performance under U.S. water pressure conditions.
• They remained patient, professional, and solution-oriented throughout the entire process.

At no point did they disappear, deflect, or close the case prematurely. Instead, Mona and her team demonstrated continuous follow-up, thoughtful technical engagement, and a genuine desire to ensure the issue was fully resolved.

In the end, the system is now performing as expected, and the matter has been successfully resolved.

Customer service is not about perfection—it is about commitment. CASAINC went above and beyond my expectations in standing behind their product and working collaboratively toward a solution.

Great customer service

I bought a Kitchen Faucet from CASAINC. The faucet was having issue about the control box. However, the customer service resolved the issue very quickly and I got the item replaced without any issues. Highly recommend.

Customer Service

I ordered four of the casa ink showers for my house. They arrived really fast and fully packaged nicely once installed. I am really happy about those showers. They work great nice pressure nice hardware I love how I can change between the Jets to handle and a showerhead everything feels really high-quality and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely order again. Over period of a year, there was issue with one of the faucets, Customer Service has been great, they are very honest, prompt and nothing but nice and accommodating highly recommend.

Excellent Product Quality and Outstanding Customer Service

I am very satisfied with both the product and the customer service.

The cooktop itself is high quality and works very well. Recently, I accidentally broke one of the spark igniters. I contacted their customer service team, and they responded quickly and professionally. They communicated with their warehouse and factory to check availability and kept me updated throughout the process.

Even though the igniter was temporarily out of stock, they followed up carefully and arranged to send me a replacement as soon as it became available — completely free of charge. The replacement arrived as promised, and after installation, everything works perfectly again.

I truly appreciate their responsible attitude and efficient support. It’s reassuring to know that they stand behind their products and take care of their customers. I highly recommend both their products and their service.

Needed electric fireplace help

We had issues on understanding the written instructions for our electric fireplace on how to remove the glass front. While Maria was not exactly sure of the product we were talking about at the time, she was very helpful and got back to us as she said she would with the proper instructions.

We ordered two of the casa ink showers for our new house. They arrived really fast and fully packaged nicely once installed. I am really happy about those showers. Fantastic customer service

Fantastic customer service. We love our touchless kitchen faucet. We receive positive feedback from visitors when they use it. We have had the faucet a little over a year and were experiencing issues. We contacted CASAINC and Camellia quickly responded to our issue. We are incredibly happy and appreciate the assistance.

I needed a hard to find shower cartridge …

I needed to replace a hard to find shower cartridge. After ordering it through the Casa Inc website, their customer service representative called me to ensure it was the correct part. They even requested pictures to confirm. Once we were both sure, they sent the part and I installed it in a few minutes. They then followed up to see how it works.

Faucet with missing part


Bought one of their faucets through lowes and it came without the drain stopper. I couldn’t wait to install so had to buy a different faucet. They wouldn’t allow me to return it without all of the pieces so I reached out to Casainc for them to send the drain stopper. It took so long for them to process and then send the part that when it finally arrived, it was passed the return window. Now I am out $121 with a faucet I will never use.
