After two years of regular use, the hose from my Casainc product began to leak. I reached out to their customer service, and Yamy responded with exceptional professionalism and care. Without hesitation, Yamy arranged to send me a replacement hose completely free of charge. It's rare to find a company that truly stands behind their products after so much time has passed, and Yamy's support was a perfect example of what great customer service should look like. Every time i have questions about product or easy fix to it their response is superb!!!

We had found a part online that they sold for a shower cartridge. Even though it was a small order they followed up multiple times to get more information about the cartridge. After realizing it was not there cartridge they wrote an in depth email explaining who to contact and why. They also credited back card immediately. Will definitely be going to them first for future purchases!

I contacted the company for a replacement shower hook for one of my bathrooms in August 2025 and they've sent one out at no cost to replace. Then in December of 2025 our other bathroom shower hook snapped and they are sending another hook out to us at no cost. I recommend this company to anyone looking for their product. I purchased through Home Depot.

Great customer service.

The product look good and work great. I had a problem with the hose of the hand held shower unit some two years after installation and the company, after a detailed review of my situation, sent me a replacement hose even though it was out of warranty.

While I had an issue with a shower head I purchased, customer service was quick to respond. They stood behind their product and went above and beyond to resolve the issue.

Dianna has done an excellent job making sure me as a customer is priority and satisfied with the service.

Diane was pleasant to work with. She listened to my issue and offered a solution. The part was shipped by FedEx during Christmas week. Within a couple of days my issue was fixed.
Diane then followed up with me. Great service!

I bought Casa Inc fixtures for my master bath when we remodeled. The look is awesome, they work very well and their customer service is excellent.

Dianne! Is amazing, she called to make sure i ordered the right part, and followed up with me multiple times to see if it worked, and helped me troublshoot another issue over the phone. Im seriously not used to such great customer service from any company. This feels like the service we hear our grandparents got back in the 50s.

We had an issue with our new faucet and they walked us through troubleshooting the issue and we couldn’t resolve it, so they shipped a new faucet, I haven’t had a chance to check it out yet, but I’m sure it’s fine. Great customer service

Called this company to assist me in a warranty claim on a brand new $864.00 Smart toilet that I purchased for a customer. Upon opening the box which had no damage to it I came across a problem with the seat bolt retaining slot on 1 side. I had a piece of plastic missing and the bolt would not stay in position to hold the seat on. I was told that that was not covered and that I would have to purchase a new seat for $285.00. and that they would give me $60.00 compensation. Terrible customer service

I had a problem with a recliner I recently bought. Although it was 4 months old this company understood my issue and replaced my recliner free of charge! The service representative, Dianne, really went out of her way to understand my problem and bring it to a quick resolve. I couldn't be happier!

We purchased a rain head shower faucet for a new home we are building. First off, the shower valve assembly was easy to install. The quality of the materials and overall product is excellent. Second the customer service is outstanding. We miss placed the valve wall plate during the build. When it came time to trim the shower it was missing. I called their customer service and they matched it and sent me a new one within a couple days. I'm very impressed, and highly recommend them.
