Great replacement service
Called customer service because we were missing small piece from a 2 door cabinet and need it replaced. Dianne was very fast and helpful throughout the process. I sent her an email with some pictures over the weekend. She got back to me Monday and created a case for us. Confirmed the replacement was being shipped on Wednesday. We received the replacement on Thursday. Overall fast and great service. Thanks Dianne!

Purchased a shower head/faucet kit through home depot website. Noticed no hot water when everything was installed and found the cartridge was cracked. Called support and Diane was very helpful in initiating the warranty claim. Claim was approved the next day. My only issue is that it was shipped via ground, so had to wait another week without a shower. Express shipping would have been nice.

Had issues connecting the Bluetooth. Called support and received immediate response. Good clear instruction to troubleshoot and resolve. I had doubts on the contacting the customer service but I'll say it was top notch.

Called customer support and spoke with Dianne about our issue (very helpful) sent her photos and video of what the problem was. Dianne confirmed the issue was an incompatible hose and arranged for the correct replacement part to be sent. received the correct part a few days later and was able to complete the install. great customer service and support AAA++++

Amazing Customer Service
I purchased a shower system from Casainc and had some trouble fitting the wallplate. I contacted customer service right away and they were extremely helpful. I ended up being able to get the wallplate to fit so I was didn't need more help. However they continued to follow up with me and my contractor to make sure we were completely satisfied, even offering to replace the plate. I am extremely happy with Casainc customer service. I will recommend them and continue to purchase them in the future
