I recently purchased this TV cabinet, and I’m extremely happy with it. The design is absolutely gorgeous — unique, stylish, and even better in person. It also comes with a very clear and easy-to-follow manual, which made the setup simple.

There was a small issue with a few parts when it arrived, but the customer service team handled it incredibly well. I contacted them, and they followed up with me multiple times to make sure they fully understood the issue and confirmed which parts needed attention. They put in a lot of effort, communicated clearly, and made sure I had everything I needed.

Overall, I’m very satisfied — beautiful product, great quality, and excellent customer support. Highly recommended!

I needed to order a replacment valve cartridge for my casainc thermostatic shower system and the entire process was great. I ordered the part of their website, received a call to confirm the order and confirm it was the correct part for my particular system and received it via overnight shipping. It was easy to swap out on my own and I received continued follow up from the customer service team to ensure I was able to get it swapped out and working properly. I was very impressed with the level of service and communication throughout the entire process.

The representative NGWF, is amazing! She stayed involved and kept me updated on my issue. My interaction started on Nov 6 until Nov 18. Very long and stressful! But she stayed on top of the missing part!

I recently received a damaged product from Casa Inc., but their customer service absolutely impressed me. As soon as I reached out, they responded quickly and handled the situation with professionalism and care. They offered me discount for the inconvenience, which I really appreciated.

We ordered two glass shower door kits for our new home. Unfortunately during installation, one of the doors shattered when it accidentally hit the tile floor. I contacted customer service and was connected to Dianne. She was very professional and helpful in getting us a new shower door to match the one that was broken! I will use Casainc in the future!!

I purchased an umbrella from this company online a few years ago, and it has been great! However, the fabric of the umbrella is stained and I cannot get it clean so I wanted to replace it. Keep in mind that I live in Florida with lots of sunlight and pollen, and this umbrella has been open pretty consistently to shade an area so I feel that it has done quite well given the environmental circumstances. I contacted the company to see if I could order the fabric only because the umbrella is still working very well. I spoke with Jennifer who has been very helpful at resolving my issue & I truly appreciate her help.

First of all, you actually get a human being when calling the company, which was a wonderful surprise and from the first call, my concerns were understood and a timeline was given for a resolution. Vanessa in Customer Service was absolutely wonderful and the promises made by her were kept and I am beyond satisfied with the service I received all around.

White faucet--
Liked::
1.I loved the height and the space from the sprayer to the top of the counter/sink.
2.The touchless sensor is more helpful than I expected.
3. The light is a neat bonus.
4.it has a guide to help keep the button on the back of the head when it is in place.
Dislike::
1.sometimes when you turn it on, you have to swipe your hand in front of the sensor to actually turn it on.
2.It has already chipped!! It doesn't get abused. It doesn't even get moved much but the back side of the arm has a few chips in it already as well as the handle (which also doesn't see much use since the sensor is generally used)

The reason for 3 stars is because of the chips, & it cost me more to buy directly rather than from a 3rd party. I was just able to receive the faucet faster in the mail.
With the chips in it already after almost no use, the white won't last and I fear I'll have to purchase a faucet elsewhere to try to have the white last longer. Which is to bad. I looked for a week for a faucet with such height in white.

Edit* customer service went above and beyond to reach out to me about my situation, and although we could not fix the arm damage they were able to send me a new handle and a small amount as compensation for the arm chipping issue. This would be a most fabulous faucet in stainless obviously because it won't chip. But I am absolutely in love with this faucet. And customer service assertive response!

We bought 2 shower systems and faucets and they are fantastic quality. Customer service great. Would highly recommend!

I purchased a Casainc shower system from Lowe's with rainshower head, body jets and handheld shower wand. This was professionally installed during a shower remodel. We have really liked how this operates and it worked well and looked nice. However recently we had a problem with the thermostatic valve and we had difficulty adjusting the water temperature. Upon dismantling I found an issue with the control knob and the control cartridge. I contacted Casainc Service and Camellia was very helpful and responsive. They are providing the replacement parts and should be back working soon. Thank you to Camellia!

The cartridge leaked in my 2 year old shower faucet. I ordered a new one and the follow up with the order was great!

I have reached out to Casainc customer service about replacement of my umbrella base sandbags. Got connected with Jennifer and she was friendly and quick to respond. I feel confident that the replacement process will go smoothly.. so far , great experience!

I sent four separate emails with inquiries and not a single response. Product poorly labeled and instructions are as rudimentary as “put in shower”. Outlets aren’t labeled. Directional valve does not have intent to ensure you put it on correctly. There shouldn’t be that much stuff to “figure out” on a $500 shower kit.

I bought the Luxury Waterfallshower kit through Lowe’s and had it installed a little over a year a go and had noticed the wand hose coating coming off so I reached out to customer service. They were very prompt and resolved my issues. The shower kit has worked extremely well and would definitely buy again.
