My contractor lost parts for my shower system and the folks at Casainc was able to guide me through the process to identify and replace them great service!

I've been using this shower system for a year now, and I just wanted to give an updated review. When I first bought it, I called their customer service, and they were incredibly helpful in guiding me to the right product for my needs. I definitely recommend buying directly from their website and giving them a call if you need help choosing, because their customer service really makes the process easy.

After a year, I had a small issue with the handheld shower hose, and they replaced it without any hassle at all. They just sent me a new one. I'm fully satisfied and would recommend this brand to everyone. It’s been a great experience!

The system I ordered had a prefect finish on all parts. The installation was straight forward and simple. When I called with an installation question I had quick and accurate information.
Compared to local suppliers for shower kits with quality parts the is no comparison to CASAINC.

The tub is beautiful and the company has been great to deal with. They answered our questions in advance so the size is perfect! The drain plug did not fit exactly and customer service sent a new one out immediately. I would definitely purchase from them again.

Bought a complete shower kit through homedepot.com but after installation, our contractors informed us of a missing gasket. They wanted us to go to hone depot customer service to request for the part. But I saw there was a card with a number to call, so I tried it. Spoke with Vanessa and she was wonderful. After a few questions about the order number and the missing part, she was able to get an order placed and the part was delivered in 2 days time. It’s always refreshing when you call customer service and you receive ACTUAL GENUINE SERVICE, with constant updates and follow up too. Thank you so much, Vanessa.

CASAINC was very helpful with my shower head, we wanted the shower head to come out of the ceiling but we purchased the one that comes out of the wall. They helped us to get the right part for ceiling. I recommend CASAINC to anyone, products are well built.

The umbrella fits perfectly over our rectangular outdoor table. It is the perfect solution for the shade we need. I had only seen circular umbrellas, so I was thrilled to find this one. The umbrella and stand are well made and sturdy.
