Do not use this company, customer services are impossible to deal with, delivery is a shambles. I was promised a refund and not arrived and now on the tracker its saying delivered. Spent hours trying to sort, total nightmare.

Ordered polycarbonate roof delivered quick ,very happy with the sheets friendly delivery guy no problems whatsoever perfect fit would recommend clear Amber .

I don’t usually leave reviews but really felt I needed to on this occasion.
From the start of my enquiry, through to delivery I cannot fault Clear Amber. I was able to submit my dimensions and get a bespoke quote. My project was a little unusual, a Catio roof but it’s now installed and I’m over the moon. What a company! Highly recommend

Had an issue with the delivery side where they didn't ring door bell and just left items out on driveway. Made a complaint and in the end lady named Laura called me up and helped reassured me she would speak to delivery side so this wouldn't happen again.

Refunded me half the delivery cost and reassured me they if any of items have defects she would replace items.

Great service and a great delivery, delivered with no issues like being dropped, would I order from here again yes. Was easy to order on the site.

Commande reçue incomplète, plusieurs articles manquants, et depuis… silence total.

Cela fait maintenant presque un mois que j’essaie d’obtenir une réponse. J’en suis à 4 mails envoyés sans aucun retour sérieux. Un service me renvoie vers un autre, mais personne ne prend réellement le problème en charge.

Le plus scandaleux, c’est qu’il n’existe aucun moyen de contact autre qu’une adresse mail à laquelle personne ne répond. Service client inexistant, aucun suivi, aucune considération pour les clients.

C’est totalement inacceptable et je déconseille fortement ce site.

We had an open outbuilding which was unusable because it was so cold, the wind coming across the fields was like a hurricane. We put up twin walked polycarbonate sheets across the length of the back & its made a massive difference, so much warmer & protected from the wind. We have now planted up loads of large pots of fruit & veg. I am sure they will thrive now whereas before they wouldnt have stood a chance. I am delighted we decided to buy these twin walled polycarbonate sheets ftom Clear Amber

feel that people need to be warned of how bad this company is. I purchased some fireproof glass from them and as soon as the order was placed I realised that the measurements for the glass were input wrong AS SOON as the glass was ordered I tried contacting them via live webchat which wasn’t on, and via their online form. I also tried to ring them on several extensions but they don’t accept phone calls and just cut you off.

On the Monday I then got an email to say the glass was now in production. As soon as I received this email I clicked on link to be taken to web chat which was now working
I asked them to update the sizes of which they stated they couldn’t.

When I received the glass it wasn’t even cut to the wrong measurements that were sent and was 6mm out of square corner to corner. They state that this is within tolerance, the glass was also damaged and has scratches to the front of the protective film.

I’ve tried to contact them on chat and they are ignoring my messages. I’ve spent over £60 on glass and over £40 on delivery for something that is less than 1m square and weighs a few hundred grams. Got to be the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Please be warned before ordering from this company.

If anything goes wrong they will not likely help you out. I will also be reporting to trading standards

Awful. First part of the order arrived badly damaged, due to poor packaging and most of the roof panels cannot be used. Second part of the order never arrived despite chasing. Trying to resolve via customer service but getting nowhere. Terrible customer service.

My CLEAR AMBER SHOP order number 587124.
I have purchased from this company previously in October 2020 (They are the manufacturer of Corrapol Stormproof roofing sheets) without issue. On 01/05/2026, I submitted an order for 9 sheets of roofing sheets and 1 box of fixings. I received an email saying my order was on hold pending payment by bank transfer ( I NOW REALISE that this is because even if you don't receive the goods, YOU CANNOT RECALL THIS TYPE OF PAYMENT)! I made the bank transfer and didn't hear a thing from this company until 8th May when the delivery appeared. 2 parcels were delivered which was roof sheets and a cardboard box with the fittings. I live in a difficult access basement flat and I am recovering from surgery so my neighbours dealt with it for me by taking it in through next door but 1 and passing over into next doors garden then into mine. It was then that I noticed the labels on BOTH packages said "Total number of parcels 3". I asked my neighbour to open the sheeting and then realised there are 3 sheets missing (value of £140.49). I have been trying to get this resolved, however access to customer service is limited to LIVE CHAT which is manned intermittently throughout the day. There are delays of hours or days between responses and despite them having my email & phone number, they obviously do not care about the customer experience. I am recovering from major surgery and instead of resting, I am stressed out and using my energy to try and communicate with a company that doesnt want to communicate! My best advice is that if you do make a purchase with this company, ONLY PAY BY CREDIT CARD so you can get the money back if they treat you like they are treating me....... i have lots of evidence to back up everything i have said....

I ordered 2* 3m x 2m uv stabilised 6mm polycarbonate sheet and 1* 2m x 500mm of the same,
It arrived within 3 working days and was super well packed

Easy to order custom size panels and they were delivered quickly and well wrapped.

Fast service. Great product. The outside is now inside and I can use the area 365 days a year. Cannot say how well it will stand up as new but looks great!!

Fast delivery from point of order .order was not quite correct,once notified this quickly remedied. I purchased quite a lot and have not fitted it as yet but what I have installed looks sharp and clean lines it enhances the property no end and I know i will not have any leaks or painting to do worth the investment
