Delivered nicely packed & on time. Great quality feel to all the pipes and guttering. Had standard finish, anthracite, but can go bespoke. Clean lines with hidden brackets on the soffit. Looks great on the gulam/SIP new build. Recommended.

Commande annoncée entre 5/7 jours, bientôt 2 semaines, et personne ne répond. Service client qui renvoi toujours la balle vers un tchat spécial suivi commande où personne ne répond (même si les messages sont lu, visible avec le petit icone de lecture), et quand ils ne savent plus quoi vous répondre, ils ferment la conversation.
Le livreur va prendre contact avec vous, un jour, peut être.... Inacceptable

This is a great company, I ordered my polycarbonate roofing sheets from them which were delivered quickly and the delivery driver helped to get them in my garden with no problems. I then ordered the guttering which also came quickly and was free delivery which was a bonus. I found them very reasonably priced. Thanks.

Brilliant service and delivery
I was one roof sheet short and had to go to a local DIY store.

Please be aware that this company are useless at despatching there fall pipes in the correct colour.
After placing an order with their sales team - who I have to say were very good I eventually received my order which was a mixture of grey and black fall pipes. My order was obviously for everything in the same colour - (Black) as I dont want a house with a mixture of grey and black pipes. The delivery also had 3 brackets missing.

I contacted ther sales team emediately and was told to go on their website and state the issues through a live chat. I did this and quickly got a reply stating that they would look into the problems and resolve the issues. (Just to warn poeple this company do not like speaking with their customers. They will only communicate through their website live chat. They will also E mail their customers with standard template response that you cannot reply too so you have to keep loading up the live chat section on their website for updates. Very frustrating. If you dont get a response you have to keep hitting the live chat. If you try calling their number you will never get to speak with anyone!!

Eventually I was informed (by live chat) that the issues and missing items would be replaced. I was very pleased.

Without any tracking notification a delivery driver turned up and luckily I was in. He was excellent and allowed me to check off each item and colour. I was absolutely flabbergasted to find out that once again I had been sent a mixture of black and grey pipes !! They only supply either black or grey so how easy should it be to supply everything in the same colour ?

The delivery driver managed to get hold of his boss who said that he would get Clear Amber to call me back. I was astonished to receive a call from the Customer Care Manager who appologied profusely and said that he would personally sort out the second delivery issues. I asked him if he would confirm this in an E mail which he agreed. I never got any E mail so his title Customer Care Manager leaves a little to be desired. He did however as I was later to find out action another delivery.

Following yet another visit to the website live chat again without any warning ( although I was pleased) the missing item in the correct colour was delivered almost 2 weeks to the day after I had orginally placed my order. Once again the delivery driver ( who incidentally did not work for Clear Amber was brilliant)

In summary the sales team appear to be very efficient but of course they would be because its their department that will be taking your money. If however you are planning a project and maybe booking a builder to carry out your work please be very wary of this company as it is very likely you will not get the colour or items that you ordered and thus your project will be delayed. If it goes wrong they will not pick up a phone and so your only course of action will be by hitting their live chat option and waiting and checking for a response.

I now have everything that I ordered but what an absolute shambles !!!! Lets hope the fall pipes dont drop in bits or corrode.

The product and the customer service are both poor, having a business that makes a lot of garden structures and put polycarbonate roofs on them I used to buy a fair bit from this company, but we have now switched supplier and will never use these guys again.
The twinwall constantly arrived crushed at the corners, a few pieces have arrived scratched. But its how poorly cut the sheets come was the last straw for me, its not square, one piece looked like it had been cut by a hand saw with bjaggy ragged edges. It was also cut squint and was 10mm over size at one side, and 10mm undersize on the other side, so off by 20mm overall.
The company were not interested when I raised my issues with them at all and told me I need to cut it to size myself, why should I cut it to size if I ask them to cut it to size? No apologies, nothing. So, nope. We wont be buying any more from them

Thay are not a scam as I was beginning to believe they were and as they say they make a point of it eventually you will get good /straight forward customer service. But their IT company sold them a duff custmer service package all it does is not gvive service.,Bet it cost a forthune to put this in and it is useless.Eventually after two weeks a phone call and a great straight forward person sorted it oiut I cancelled my order got a refubd. Apity the company offers good prices a good prduct I'll bet but when one in six give a b ad review somethgings wrong pout a phone line in or ring a customer back,,,,no they didnt even when you asked for a phone call it never happened till two weeks of complaining asking for some meaningful contact .So overall a great company messed up by useless for many IT So only three stars and I am being generous .If thgey need help I'll give free help I did 40 years serving customers so I should know.

Clear amber website is very easy to use and to order, had corrugated clear roof with accessories within a week, quality product, well packaged, great communication from start to finish, great price even with delivery costs, delivery drivers were friendly, polite and a credit to the company, would definitely order from them again going to recommend to all friends and family

Bien ficelé pour vous prendre pour des bacs à douche. Ils baissent artificiellement le prix sur les gouttières, vendent des accessoires obligatoires 10 fois plus cher. Au final pour un système complet c’est 20% plus cher que les autres fournisseurs de gouttière alu.
Exemple: la gouttière à 4€ le mètre. La jonction de gouttière 32€ les 15cm soit 213€ le mètre ! Donc en fait votre mètre de gouttière coûte 1m de gouttière + 2 jonctions soit 68€ le mètre linéaire… grosse arnaque.
De plus leur « système » de fixation n’est pas plus pratique que n’importe quel autre système… Ne perdez pas votre temps sur leur site pour être déçu à la fin du panier 👍 j’ai économisé plus de 20% en passant par un autre site « online » 😉.

Mise à jour aprés avoir lu leurs avis positifs… lisez un peu, ce ne sont quasiment que des faux avis, des textes génériques avec des fautes grossières qui fonctionnent sur n’importe quel produit du monde. Totalement faux.
