Very helpful on the website with some videos on how to install and the delivery was excellent good quality product l would recommend to anyone doing a similar project

Bought Amber PVC roofing for a car port last year and was very easy to apply. Needed a replacement panel as was damaged by a tree in a storm. Arrived in good time, well packaged as usual and easy to replace.

Very efficient company, good website speedy delivery, driver complied with instructions. Material cut exactly to size
Looks great.

The first order was presumably last drop of the day on a Friday , the driver was clearly in a hurry and unloaded recklessly, the roofing sheets when opened were damaged
We cut off the damage and do not report the issue
Second order was delivered , when we unpacked 1 of the 2 packages had 5 roofing sheets that were all smashed on the same corner
Because this was a scheduled job we cut the sheets down and re jigged the job so that we could get the customers roof done
All good ?
It was but ClearAmbers attitude towards my letting them know is where I take issue
Apparently I should
1. have let them know
2. Arranged collection
3. Awaited replacements
How does this achieve anything
We have labour scheduled to do the job, by doing so have saved Clearamber any costs and aggravation replacing damaged sheets

Here’s some advise for free

Get your drivers to inspect (with the customer ) the delivery
And when someone highlights an issue but uses the product albeit spending time and effort to use the damaged products, make an effort to stop them
leaving you anything but a positive revue

They delivered by mistake 6 x 4m of aluminium guttering 10 months ago and won’t collect. What do I do with them, I didn’t even order them!!!!

Commande de 6 plaques polycarbonate 16mm bronze. Malheureusement, il y a eu un soucis lors du transport. Clear Amber a réagi correctement, avec professionnalisme, pour régler au plus vite cette situation. Je recommande.

Placed a large order for a full reroof of a double carport. When delivered we were missing items and had been left with 3x 6 meter long top wall flashing pieces, of which we never even ordered. We have been trying to get them to refund us for our missing items and collect these huge pieces that we never ordered which is proving to be a nightmare. We also needed more screws so ordered 2 further packs of 50 and only 1 pack of 50 have been delivered today! Absolute shambles of a company. Will not be using again.

Je voulais trouver le FOURNISSEUR, celui en qui je pouvais compter. Pour finaliser ma commande, j'ai cherché, consulté les conseils, posé des questions ; Et j'ai été bien renseigné. c'est la première fois que j'effectue finalement une commande importante..sur internet. J'attends donc ma livraison et j'espère que mon chantier se déroulera bien. Cordialement

They sent me an undersized polycarbonate sheet despite requesting a “cut to size service “ this meant that the sheet is useless. When queried they said it was within industry tolerances - this is absolutely ridiculous. If it was too big at least I could have cut it myself to fit (even though that totally negates the benefit of a so called cutting service) but being undersized means you have no other option but to throw it away . Poor product and even poorer customer service. Also the shipping costs are far too high for what is a very light product. I would not recommend this company at all.

This was my second order placed this year with Clear Amber … once again ,delighted 😀 … with quality of materials - price - and delivery time …. Delivered with their own branded vehicles , which reduces transfers at delivery hubs (minimising damages ) ……….. Don’t go anywhere else 👍
