Not honest about delivery times. Be prepared to wait 6 weeks or MORE

When I placed my order, I was promised just a few days for delivery, but soon after got a message saying it would be six weeks!

Interestingly, as a test, I placed a further order for the same items (didn't go as far as paying) and yet again it promised just a few days for delivery

HARDLY HONEST IS IT!

I contacted this company prior to ordering materials for a job . I was told 2-4 working days 7th day since ordering and still hasn’t received the goods !
You cannot call the company and when you ask for a call back through the website nothing

Avoid like the plague !!!!

I have placed 2 orders with Clearambershop for Quadraflow AG 112mm guttering. The service and communication i received was excellent and my orders arrived quickly with DPD. I would highly recommend this firm.

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY.
Ordered 22 clear corrugated roofing sheets which were delivered no problem.
Started to fit them and half way through noticed some of the sheets just wouldn't lie flat on the roof, then noticed why.
Some of the profiles on the sheets, instead of being rounded were actually pointed, so this was holding the sheet up and stopping it lying flat.
I complained to clear amber and they didn't care at all about this problem, in fact refused to acknowledge any problem with the sheets at all and said I was fitting them wrong.
In the end I had to fit the sheets and fix lathes across the top of them to hold them down. Not ideal at all as the lathes will rot and I will have to pay out and do the whole job again.
DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS BUNCH OF COWBOYS GO TO A REPUTABLE COMPANY.

Absolutely top notch, easy process to order, regular updates and delivery guy was such a lovely ,polite and helpful guy, definitely recommend this company and we will use again if needed 👍

Very poor communication, unresponsive or when responding completely reacting beside the point. Unclear delivery methods, untracable transport, missing items were never delivered

Order process and lead time okay, but quality not nor the erroneous follow up. Quality of the DIY grade is a weak, fracturing experience. 80% of delivered 3m sheets were fractured or ends chipped. With some creative placement we used the sheets. It appears to be NOT virgin material and,as detailed in on line sites, recycled material is engaged. Maybe seek a more costly option but with more likelihood of survival and longevity

Order still not arrived after 21 days. Joke. No tracking number supplied either. Avoid!

Après une première commande dans laquelle il y a eu une petite erreur dans les produits, un renvoi à été fait très rapidement. Par la suite nous avons perdu à cause d'une maladresse une partie un produit qui assurait l'étanchéité. J'ai recontacté la société qui me l'a retourné gratuitement.
Un très bon sens commercial. Je recommande.

Ordered a cut to size twinwall sheet 3700 x 700mm. Arrived on time as promised, cut to size with protective tape on edges and perfectly wrapped to protect it.
Highly recommended

This is a good product. This was bought for a project in the spring. Looking forward to using it.
