Very bad company. Avoid. I didn't get all material what I paid for. No communication at all with that company. Since October I can't finish my roof.

They are really helpful and keep you up to date but i placed an order wanting it asap in black. After taking my money i get a message the day after saying they cant do black and they can offer brown. I asked for a discount as i didnt really want brown and they refused so basically it was like have brown or yoy wont get yout order in time.
I reluntantly agreed bit because it took a day or 2 to sort its now 2-4 days from now not when i placed the order and the only reason i agreed to the brown was to get it in time so im not very happy. The price is fair but im really annoyed tbh

Plastic is recycled not virgin, so be aware of that on the DIY range as it will be unlikely to last as recycled plastics of that mm is not at all robust. Several sheets were fractured or split but we ordered extra so managed the job. Office staff very unhelpful on invoicing Christian name adjustment…..nothing to the address of course just the forename was too much physical action they said. Price for recycled plastic okay. Lead time okay. Quality perilous

Really disappointed. Ordered 4 clear corrugated sheets, 3 of which were split. Because they are really thin and I didn't have the confidence of receiving replacement panels without more issues I decided to pay extra for the better quality panels. Had I known they'd only refund me for the panels and not the delivery I wouldn't have made another order, so now paying for two delivery charges due to their incompetence. Now I wait to see that the order of the better quality panels arrives without any breakages, fingers crossed

Awful companyn to deal with,they delivered the wrong size polcarbon sheets,trying to contactb them is a nightmare,they pass you from chatbot to chat bot,you call them and they cut you off with some lame recorded message statingb there is no one available.
The order process was fine but that's where good business practice ends.
BEWARE,if they deliver the wrong order,watch your blood pressure trying to remedy THEIR mistake!!!

I have upgraded them to 3 Star from 1 Star because eventually a human being came on the scene although still communicating by chatbox and sorted the problem, I hope!!

Well pleased done my job perfectly fitting windows in my vintage tractor easy to work with and cut looks just like glass very good communication and a good price would use again with quick delivery Happy

I found it hard to locate these type of eaves but Clear Amber was the Company who had them in Stock which were reasonably priced along with free Shipping.
They were strong bendy and were a perfect fit between the Perspex Sheets.
I am pleased I dealt with Clear Amber.
By the way their Customer Service was very helpful as well.

I placed an order over Christmas I received an email to say they will process my order in the new year and have it delivered on a Saturday. My order was delivered on a Saturday and the driver with care carefully stacked my items neatly on the driveway. My order was well packed and after unwrapping all my items were there. I was very happy with the good quality of my order. I would highly recommend ClearAmber. I will post photos once my project is complete 👍🏻

I explained my project and my budget. Clear Amber team was spot on. To reduce my cost they advised me that 4mm will cover my project really well too from 5mm. My greenhouse now has a safe roof instead of glass, even after almost 3 months and all the storms in between :). Many thanks for your advice and patience.
