From first contact with the company communication was superb. Installation was on the agreed date . How to use the system support was great with calls from them and tutoring.The only thing that let them down was my sky dish was damaged and no-one told me . Sky fixed for me eventually. That's all that stopped a 5 star review. Very pleased with the system and company

Excellent company, communication was mostly very good, the only delay was waiting for the date for scaffolding and we needed to ask for an update.
The installers were a great group of lads who told us everything that was going on.
We had a call to talk us through the app which has now meant we are using the system more effectively.

3-Month Delay in Solar Panel Repairs
In early June, my solar panels suffered a major failure, losing half of their capacity. Despite constant chasing them by emails and phone calls, it took 3 full months for the company to fix the fault. As a result, I lost significant energy production and money throughout the peak summer season.

Emails were responded to extremely quickly and any concerns or queires I had were addressed by all staff I spoke to.

The Sales Team was great
The Sales Team was great, the survey man was great, the installation team when they actually installed the system were great. The bits in between were no so great and needed a lot of chasing. The actual installation was delayed by over 6 weeks due to imagined technicalities as the equipment was installed where initially instructed. I will wait and see how we progress

Solar Panel System Installation
I have been very pleased with the installation and after service of my solar panel system. Team were always available via phone or email for queries during design stage and post installation.
Some very minor tidy up issues on day of installation, but overall done professionally. Post installation checks and monitoring all very good, as well as guidance on system operation. Referral bonus £500 also works if you recommend a neighbour or friend to use Contact Solar as I did!
