GREAT COMPANY WITH A FLAWLESS INSTALLATION
From my initial enquiry to the completed installation and commissioning, all the staff at Contact solar have been brilliant. They have a process were each stage is handed to the next with impressive efficiency. A special mention to the installation lads who are a credit to the company who were very polite and took a lot of pride in their work.

Friendly and competent partner
Very friendly and informative, also with my individual case where they proved to be very flexible. Also on site, I was involved in any last minute decisions to assure I get the best system. Contractors very friendly and professional. The staff in the office did a good service so far, also reacting quickly to clarifications I required and questions I had.

Highly professional service from Contact Solar
Highly professional service from Contact Solar. They were excellent with documentation and calls to confirm I understood what to expected and when. Though initially delayed waiting for scaffolding availability, once the solar panel install happened, it was quick, efficient and all done within the day. An all round excellent job from all involved.

Great job
The company were very professional and explained all technical terms in lay man language.
I felt the timescales were excessive from initial contact to installation it took 6 months.
Otherwise everything was great, and no bills to pay till completion.

Stopped being able to view my PV system in Sunsynk app. Jack at Contact Solar answered my email asking for help the same day with clear instructions to solve.
My issue was a bit different to what I originally thought and described, so emailed again, and again Jack replied with clear easy to follow instructions which solved the issue.
Very happy with service given.
