I’ve contacted customer service with a couple of issues/inquiries. The phone was answered by the fourth ring, the technician (Inri) was very professional and got both issues sorted out în a timely manner.

I recently signed with CovaU after checking rates on the Energy Made Easy website. They were so much cheaper than my previous supplier. Contact person was Opalyn and she was very helpful in signing me up.

JD was very efficient and responsive and solved my issue immediately and waited patiently while i fiddled with my PC
