Craigsolar provided an excellent service throughout. At the start they answered, very quickly, ALL my dumb questions. Once I placed the order delivery was very prompt (next day). I installed the panels myself and all components were of excellent of Quality, and exactly as described. I strongly recommend CRAIGSOLAR and will be using them again. Highly recomended, THANKS

Very helpful prompt delivery personal service. Goods received in good condition as ordered

Problem with delivery outside the control of Craig Solar was sorted out immediately and new order sent, I have bought several items from Craig and the service is tremendous.

Helpful advice before and after purchase and competitively priced products. In my case 300W panel and brackets for my narrowboat.

Fantastic service. Great advice. I'd order more from Craig Solar but can't get any more panels on the roof! Thank you Craig

Very easy website to use. Super fast delivery of solar panels and they perform as expected. What more could you ask for?

This is my second order with CraigSolar. I placed the order Wednesday morning. Delivered Thursday afternoon. Everything was well packed and nothing was missing. Cannot fault the service. Highly recommended.

Delivery was very quick and all items as described. Not installed the solar panels yet but hopefully all will be working fine 😊

Prompt delivery, answered my questions fairly quickly, when I was a pain and changed my order the refund was processed promptly and professionally, and the quality of the goods is excellent so far.

Excellent products... built up an array of three panels from CS over the last couple of years. Good price and personal hands-on service had made them my personal choice for panels

goods to deal with-but haven't installed hardware yet!!

Our order was delivered on time and ordering was no problem. A good product at a reasonable price.

Top class professional service from beginning to end. After care is second to none and products have been excellent.

Ordering went smoothly. What more does one want.

Solar panel works well, arrived quickly and was well packaged.

It is absolutely impossible to contact Craig Solar by Amazon, EBAY (too many messages sent) or on the CS website. The E Mail showing on Trust Pilot is also not recognized.
As there is a disparity between Amazon and website listings for what PVs are on offer, I simply wanted to check that what was shown if what is delivered, as one customer suggested that he had not specifically got what was described. To not have any avenue of contact in this day and age seems ludicrous and most likely to end up creating problems. This deficiency mars what appears to be an excellent rated supplier, sadly one I cannot use or recommend without personal contact. It's extremely frustrating and means that I will probably have to use another PV supplier, to whom lack of any contact and two way communication is not a barrier to commerce.
I will of course revise this review should my comments be acted upon and effective, interactive 'Support' offered.

A rare experience. Fantastic and responsive service from someone who cares about making sure you get the products that you need to support your project. No hesitation in recommending Craig.
