The brackets arrived speedily, it would have been useful to get some instructions in the box. I have to guess which way to put the nuts and bolts together. Apart from that they seem quite sturdy.

I needed some wind deflectors for a new solar panel fitted to caravan roof had to cot to length to fit brilliant just the job.

It was a great experience all round. So refreshing to get such good customer service, with prompt and friendly replies to email queries. The prices are competitive, Craig had everything I needed to add to the existing solar system on my motorhome. Delivery was free and super quick.

Great service, prompt delivery, polite, even had time for a chat about future solar installation, would highly recommend this company. A++++ keep up the good work.

First time using Craig Solar and it won't be the last, excellent quick response to any questions, couple of issues sorted very quickly and professionally, wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Great experience, not flawless due to a delivery delay caused by third party but notified and corrected promptly.
Craig responds quickly to any emails queries and offers lots of good advise when requested.
All round good service.

I've used Craig Solar several times for parts for my narrow boat's new solar installation and each time they've really impressed me both with the quality of their stuff and the speed of delivery.

My most recent order was placed online on a Sunday afternoon and arrived mid-morning the following Tuesday. You certainly can't ask for better service than that.

They'll always be my first port of call for anything solar I need for the boat and I'm very happy to recommend them to you.

Easy ordering and fast shipping thanks I would recommend

Great service from Craig as alway. Second set of solor panels delivered safe.

Excellent all round from advice to delivery to panel it self.

I have ordered several things from this site now and always the customer service is 10/10. They really know their onions and are incredibly helpful. Everything they sell is a great price and free postage makes them unbeatable. I would recommend them to anyone (and i do, often telling people to “use this website”) as its great to find such a good, honest company. Fast delivery too.

Ordered a 200w flex solar panel, cable & entry box at 2.00 pm Wed, it arrived before 8.00 am Thur morn, great web site, lots of choice, Recommend.

Recently bought 2 300w solar panels and fixings for my camper conversion from CraigSolar. I had some issues with the website and sent an email to check if there was a problem with the Web and how to place my order instead. The communication with CS is outstanding and the delivery super fast. Would 100%recommend.

A good company to deal with, any questions or issues were promptly dealt with, also a quick and free delivery service.

I've used Craig a couple of times now.

In both cases, but particularly the most recent one, he's gone to great lengths to ensure that my panels were delivered without issue.

I'll be using him again.

Had these solar panels a couple months now. No issues what so ever. Good strong frames easy to mount to whatever you're looking for. Fast and free delivery.

Connection cables could have been a little longer as panels must be orientated the same way to daisy chain.

A little more expensive than other suppliers. But free delivery so works out cheaper if you're great 3-4 or less.

Fast, friendly, helpful. Will be using again.

This is a genuine 5 star review because I’m happy. I am more than happy to call out bad service & bad products but that is not happening with my experience re Craigsolar. I bought a 200watt panel to keep my solar generator topped up & after a couple of weeks I am now beyond happy. The fixed position panel pulls in 170+ watts, bright sunny day, light overcast(I’m on the East Coast of Yorkshire) 120+ watts. Heavy overcast as in threatening rain it still pulled in 40+ watts. This is my first experience with Solar & I did my research re provider-Im a happy shopper.

First class service and nothing is to much trouble

*Update* CraigSolar initially requested that the review be removed by Trustpilot, have no idea on what grounds, could be wrong, but wonder if the same has been done on other negative reviews that have then been revoked. Fortunately they've left mine up, but a second request for a review came through, this time asking for personal information to be removed...notably his name...because his name is personal...and should be kept personal...and not revealed in context of his business....

Pretty disappointed. The panels are certainly not a-grade/new items, they came with scratches across the face in several areas of the panel, the rear side has discolouration and swirl marks from what looks like a scouring pad. CraigSolar got back to me about it, hence the 2 stars, to initially say he would refund a tenner! it was after I challenged it further that he then offered a full refund upon return of the panel. Unfortunately it couldn't be replaced like for like after finding that the other 250w panels also had scratches on them, apparently down to packaging....that was about a week or so ago and nothing has been updated on his website/ebay listings to reflect that these are damaged items so I'd probably double-check any panels you order if I were you. Here are the emails between he and myself:

Hi,

Just opened up the panel we ordered (order 2564) and the panel has a number of scratches to the surface. I've attached some photos to this email, it appears the packaging is all intact,

Thanks

Joe

Hi Joe, thanks for your order and I’m very sorry to see this.

We have contacted the factory and they have mentioned the scratches were caused during manufacturing. They will not affect the performance of the panels but it is annoying.

Can I offer to refund you £10 for the hassle. I’m here if you need any help or support.

Sorry and Best Wishes

Hi,

Are the other 250w flexible panels you have in stock scratched as well? The price you have the panels listed for is pretty good but they're not advertised as B Grade or returned items but as new, so I'd expect it to be as new when it turns up. I've seen/bought B grade/returned panels before and the discount is a little more than a tenner. Given we've paid for a brand-new item, I'd rather it was replaced for one please,

Thanks,

Joe

Hi Joe, I’ve just opened a couple and they both have a couple of tiny scratch marks which is really frustrating. A customer reported this on the first batch, when I spoke to the factory they suggested improving the packaging which is what we have done. The panels are all built to order and I even get to choose which cells to use so can guarantee they are all brand new and A grade only.

I’m very sorry about this and will arrange a return and full refund.

Very sorry for the hassle,

Best Wishes
