Efficient,friendly,helpful
I rung with a broken boiler one morning early, booked an appointment with the out of hours automatic machine then got a call back soon after with an earlier slot. A part was needed, they came back with it the next day and it was fixed. Efficient, friendly, helpful, I was very impressed.
