We take great pride in supplying roses of the highest quality. If any roses are damaged on receipt or fail to grow when our planting guidelines are followed, we will replace them free of charge.

I bought a rose as a gift for our…
I bought a rose as a gift for our friends as they were celebrating their wedding anniversary. The customer service people were really helpful as they explained I could leave a message for our friends in the delivery which would be in the delivery box with the rose.I chose a nominated date for the delivery as I knew my friends would be home and the delivery went ahead as planned . Our friends were pleased with this gift and as I have not actually seen the rose i am sure they were very happy .

Excellent service
I sent a rose to a friend for her birthday and she is thrilled with it. It arrived in perfect condition, still producing flowers which apparently smell divine. No problems with ordering or delivery.

Not quite what I expected.
I ordered and received two Elizabeth climbing roses as a birthday present for a relative and expected to receive in similar condition, but were supplied in different stages. One was still in normal growth ,the other having been pruned. I expected two supplied to one customer to be in similar condition!

As the growing season draws to a close, the appearance of our roses can naturally vary from variety to variety. Some may still arrive with buds and blooms, while others may have been pruned, deadheaded or had some foliage removed as we begin preparing them for the months ahead.
We do explain this on our website at the time of ordering, and we reassure customers that a rose arriving with little or no foliage, or without buds or blooms, can be perfectly normal at this time of year. This allows the plant to put its energy into establishing a strong, healthy root system, ready to flourish when new growth begins.

I was disappointed when my rose arrived…
I was disappointed when my rose arrived badly damaged by the courier. Without batting an eyelid ‘David Austin’ sent a beautiful replacement that arrived very quickly. Within a few days of planting it is obviously thriving. New buds opening even in September. David Austin - the best.
