We take great pride in supplying roses of the highest quality. If any roses are damaged on receipt or fail to grow when our planting guidelines are followed, we will replace them free of charge.

I purchased a potted rose ..Golden Celebration.. for my sister and her husband's golden wedding. They recieved it last week and are excited to watch it grow.
Looking forward to the scent too.
I have bought scented roses from you in the past....still blooming beautifully and the scents are wonderful! One is Jude the Obscure and another Strawberry Hill. Wonderful roses fir growth and scent....highly recommended.

Roses arrived promptly in excellent condition
Ordered two roses via the David Austin website. They arrived promptly, were well packaged and in very good condition. I was delighted to find that the roses arrived in full bloom; I wasn't expecting that in September. This is my fourth time ordering from David Austin and each time my experience has been a good one.

Delivery really does take 5 working days 7 days in totosl…
Delivery was literally on the 5working day limit for delivery and including the weekend it took 7 days to arrive…it was a gift and I should have paid a little extra and gone for next day or chosen date delivery, felt like it took forever to arrive so they haven’t done any thing wrong as such just be aware they can take the 5 working day to the limit on delivery

So good to be able to speak to someone on the telephone , ordered 1 week and then another the following week and on both occasions all went very well , 1st order to arrive November, but 2nd order arrived very promptly via logistic company . Thank you for excellent service .

Worth every penny!

We love our roses
We love our roses. They arrived in perfect condition and have been thriving. The growth of foliage has been good, and they are flowering for the second time this year (planted bare root in spring) we are looking forward to seeing what they do next year.
