I don't recommend Heva. In August previous year I had the Hair transplant in Heva Clinic. After 8.5 months I compared my result with the results of the other men and it looked bad at me. My transplanted hair was very sparse. Heva contacted with me and promised the second procedure for free. They wanted me to delete my negative review on Google. Firstly I accepted their proposal, but then I changed my mind. I asked myself: if they didn't it properly for the first time why Will they do it for the second time? Now it's one year and 3 weeks from my HT and my transplanted hair are still sparse. I have the advice for Heva:
Don't you ask the people to delete the Google reviews and don't promise the second procedures for free. Just do it well for the first time!

Had my crown done with Heva Hair clinic Istanbul, been 15 months now , I'm very happy with the outcome , and it's still getting denser as we speak , was told this procedure would take a little longer than front/ mid crown. Be patient it will grow. Staff was very helpful made me feel comfortable throughout the precdure , Highly recommend Heva Hair .

I had my hair transplants procedure done on January 27th 2024 on a Saturday at heva clinic. The nervousness kicked in once I booked my ticket to receive my very first hair transplants procedure overseas. As I spoke with the heva clinic medical consultant morris he made feel more comfortable & confident in choosing heva clinic. Finding a clinic that specializes in afro hair texture can be a little difficult, speaking to consultant morris he was very responsive & helpful. He answer any questions I had concerns about leading up to the operation confirmed I choose the right clinic. Would highly recommend anyone considering undergoing a hair transplants procedure with afro hair texture. you wouldn't regret it. On the day of the consultation the clinic made me feel less nervous & focused on the area needed for the hair transplants procedure to be successful. Dr Seda hairline design/ work is exceptional. The hotel was nice with decent breakfast.

I would 100% recommend HEVA to anyone interested in getting a hair transplant. The people are amazing, especially Eliz, Orhun, and Hannah. Special thanks to them. The doctor and the medical team were helpful throughout the procedure.

From the initial contact to the day of the procedure, the experience was thoroughly professional. The team was attentive, friendly, and extremely helpful. Brandon coordinated my itinerary and addressed any questions I had before the procedure. Dr. Ozlem was professional and helped me choose the best option to meet my needs. She was actively involved throughout the day, performed part of the procedure, and ensured everything went smoothly. The translators were available whenever needed, and the medical team, Ahmet and Tugba, were nothing but professional and courteous throughout the procedure. I eagerly anticipate seeing the results in the coming months.

Overall, my experience at Heva has been great! The staff is really friendly, and everything is organized. The driver will take you from the airport to the hotel, and will take you to the clinic for the appointments. It’s important for people to understand that whatever amount of grafts they quote you for will probably not be the amount of grafts you get. For instance, I was quoted for 3500-3700 grafts, but got around 4500. Other people I met were quoted for more grafts but far less during the consultation. Also, the numbing shots were not as bad as people made them seem. It felt more like a hard pinch, but it was definitely manageable. I definitely recommend this clinic.

This clinic has changed my life.
I strongly recommend the EVA clinic for the quality of its service but also the quality of the welcome and the products which are selected for the well-being of my hair.
From the pick-up to the airport service was impeccable and without the slightest false note.
As a French speaker I also thank the team for taking the time to articulate well so that I could understand knowing that I also had the possibility of requesting an interpreter.

I was skeptical about the whole process but from my first contact with sales agent Daphne and later consultation with the Doctors got me more confident and comfortable to take on the procedure.
Got picked up from the airport with a first treatment, hotel service, the surgery and post surgery support has been great.language won’t be an issue cos they have English translators to help with your questions.

Got picked up in a Maybach from the airport. the whole trip was stress-free. picked up and dropped me to and from the clinic anytime i had to go. I think it was Dr. Seda who did the incision. also thanks to the two staff who were with me, the anesthesiologists. very helpful. answered all Qs I had. 5 stars all around, put your trust in them.

I had Dr. Seda perform my incisions and hairline. I loved the work that they did and i am extremely satisfied with the outcome. Cant wait to see what my hair looks like in a few months

Le seul point à améliorer, c’est le transport. On n'a pas été rassuré par le fait que le conducteur est resté au téléphone en conduisant à une main.

Had a great experience with this company. From start to end they answered all the questions that I had and I never felt alone at any stage. You’re picked up from the airport, taken to a nice hotel and picked up when it’s time for your operation. You don’t need to worry about anything. The procedure itself was very professional and done in a clean environment. The staff were super helpful and I would definitely recommend this place.

I had a positive experience with my hair transplant at Heva Clinic. The clinic was modern and the process from start to finish was well-organized. The medical team, led by Dr. Evren, was professional and thorough, making sure to explain every step of the procedure.

This was my first time coming to Heva for a hair transplant. I must say the level of service was fantastic, all staff members are very knowledgable in their field and provide great care and attention. I’m happy with the hairline that was drawn on overall the procedure went very well. I would recommend this place and they deal with Afro texture hair.

From the time we landed at the airport there was someone there waiting to greet us with a warm welcome. The driver arrived in a nice vehicle and carried us to the 5 star hotel. Everything went well with the hotel. Day of surgery we were greeted with kind smiles and everyone was so helpful with assisting with getting the perfect hairline. Dr Seda was all smiles and made me feel very comfortable. Overall great experience! Don't think about it just get it done! You won't regret it.
