Amazing Customer Service at the HEVA Clinic. All staff were very professional and took great care of me and all the other patients. They were well organised. The place was nice and clean and the service was world-class. Dr. Bryan, my patient advisor, was super helpful from start to finish. He made arrangements which went very smoothly transporting me from the airport to the hotel to the clinic and back and was always available to answer any questions and guided me through the entire process. Amy was super nice, she helped me with everything and gave me all the information I needed with the aftercare. Sarp was also very helpful and made sure we were comfortable. I would highly recommend HEVA clinic.

My experience with the hair transplant went very smoothly, i was anxious in the beginning but the staff were very communicative, they reassured me and calmed me down, the doctor supervised the whole operation, the after care instructions were provided. They also provided the accommodation and the transportation from the airport-hotel- clinic.
Overall would definitely recommend.

I wan to thank specially my medical consultant william, and i want to thank Lara too, their communication skills is top notch and the experience won't be the same without them i guess.

Flew into from the US for my hair transplant. Transportation and hotel was set up which was great.

I enjoyed my experience with Heva, everyone one was friendly and professional. They provided a safe environment that made me feel comfortable. If I had to point out something that could improve it would be the communication, but overall it was a great experience and would recommend to friends and family.

Arrivée a l’aéroport d’Istanbul sans difficulté a trouvé le chauffeur, l’hotel est un 5 étoiles avec tout ce qu’il faut pour ce restaurer autour, pour ce qui est de la clinique et le personnel ce sont de vraies professionnels et leurs locaux sont juste irréprochables, j’ai longtemps cherché une clinique spécialisée dans les cheveux type afro et j’ai choisis Heva et je ne regrette absolument pas mon choix ✌🏾

Hair professional Matt Dominace recommended the Heva Team to me as they often service African American hair. In the beginning I had some concerns about over harvesting as I was quoted a very high graft number of 8,000. After negations I was able to negotiate 5,500, keep in my along with my hair transplant I also got 500 grafts added to my beard, 5,000 grafts were used on my recipient area. The doctor drew my hairline on to which I found to be a little cricked so she used a handheld laser to straighten the hairline out. I would advised sitting patients inside of a machine that can symmetrically line up the hairline with your corners or c-cups. The Heva Team assisted with various needs as in hotel reservations, a shuttle for traveling, and quick responses on what’s app with customer service needs. The translators were very professional, the only thing I’d advised is for them to talk more by giving more details as to what is going on during the surgery process to reassure the patient during this very difficult time. Overall I’m very pleased with my services from the Heva team and the results of my recipient are fantastic. As for my donor area I will write another review at a later time.

The staff were friendly and made a nerve-racking experience a lot better. Sarp, Viktor, Dr Özlem, Mohamed, Varna and the rest of the team were great. The hotel was excellent. The only downside was the technicians implanting my grafts did not follow the guidelines nor check throughout to make sure they were both doing the same thing. By the time I realised both sides were not equal, there were only 50 grafts left to be implanted. So the options were to remove grafts from one side or extract more grafts from the donor area. This was unfortunate and avoidable if more attention was being paid. However,I'm still very hopeful that all will be well when the hair grows out& hopefully my baby hair make it unnoticeable.

J'ai été bien accueilli depuis l'aéroport, puis par l'équipe à la clinique. Ils sont très organisés, à l'écoute, ils prennent le temps de bien expliquer de répondre aux questions. L'hôtel qui est proposé par la clinique propose des prestations de qualité avec du standing. Les transferts sont bien organisés (aéroport, clinique, hôtel...). Ce qui est top c'est de n'avoir rien à gérer. Le tarif c'est vraiment du ALL INCLUSIVE.

Mon intervention s'est bien déroulée malgré mes craintes surtout que je suis venue réaliser ma greffe seule en Turquie. Le Dr Özlem et son équipe, ont vraiment été très agréables et doux avec moi en tenant compte de mes demandes. Les conseils post op sont bien expliqués avec le suivi. Je suis très contente de mon expérience avec HEVA CLINIC et le Dr Özlem que je recommande.

Dr. Özlem, Gäkav and Lara (the patient coordinator) were so great to me! They were patient with me and took time to give me exactly what I asked for. Drivers were on time and transportation was very comfortable. I felt safe traveling alone with HEVA. Everything was so clean. Very happy :)

Speaks great English, always answered my questions they had the transportation for us to hotel and clinic and back and forth, I couldn't say enough great things, for people of color this the place to be in Istanbul.
