the payment system is terrible

the payment system is terrible. It took multiple tries, with refreshing the page and changing the amounts to get the payment button to work. If I didn't have to complete the purchase for a gift due tomorrow I would have given up and gone to another website

I like the prints but I think they are…

I like the prints but I think they are a bit over priced for what you get. Would not buy the frames again as they are not good quality for price. I would recommend just getting prints and buying your own frames.

I am still waiting on my order number 25373520 being delivered, it was ordered three weeks ago. No way of getting in touch with company. HELP
It is now 7th May and I still have not received my order 25373520

£9.90 returns 😳I ordered some lovely prints but put 2…

I ordered some lovely prints but put 2 of the same in my basket. I asked straight away if they could amend the order and was told I would need to wait for delivery and return. The return shipping was £9.90 so didn’t return and will not buy from them again as a result.

Please allow us to explain: due to our company policy and the way our order processing system is set up, we are unable to make changes to orders once they have been placed. This is because orders are sent immediately into our preparation process to ensure fast handling and dispatch. Allowing manual changes after placement would unfortunately lead to a higher risk of errors and even more returns, which could result in additional freight costs for our customers.

Overpricing and disinterested customer service

Bought a print just after an offer has expired, I was so disappointed, wrote to customer service to ask for a student discount and was told it wasn't applicable to prints (their main product!). I spent a ton of money, only to see 2 days later the same offer was on again. Just price your items reasonably! Product shipping was delayed, despite my ordering in the morning on a Friday, it wasn't sent out until later on the Monday. I asked Desenio in plenty of time to change the delivery address as due to their fault my product would no longer be delivered in time for me to take it to a relative's special birthday. There was a combination of AI responses and useless responses where no one actually said yes or no that they could change the delivery address or even tried to do so, and then they have ignored me since my last email. Of course, I wasn't able to take the product with me because it hadn't arrived, and now won't get to the recipient for probably around 1 year. The box containing the product was damaged but thankfully the print and frame were fine. I think the print is lovely but overpricing and disinterested customer service mean I won't buy here again.
Following the reply from Desenio, I am editing to emphasise that as I originally said, not one response from customer service ever confirmed that yes or no they could change the delivery address. The courier told me specifically that it was not something that they could change, only the seller. I specified this and Desenio just didn't engage. So sad that they also gaslight their customers in their review replies.

After thoroughly reviewing your order details, we can confirm that your order was placed on April 4th. As our warehouse operates on weekdays only, we were unable to process your order over the weekend. As a result, your order was shipped on April 7th (Monday).

We completely understand your frustration regarding the delivery address change. We received your email requesting an address change on April 10th, but by that time, the parcel had already been dispatched. Once an order is shipped, we are unfortunately unable to alter the delivery details directly. This is something that only the courier company can assist with. We provided you with the tracking details and a response to your inquiry on April 11th.

We deeply regret that this situation impacted your experience with us, especially when you had hoped to deliver the product in time for a special occasion. We understand how important it is for items to arrive on time and in perfect condition, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by this delay.

We hope this explanation helps clarify the timeline and the actions taken on our end. Please know that we value your feedback, and your experience is very important to us.
